    I have purchased and had installed a Daikin 48K multi zone heat pump with 5 heads from the above named company. The installation was a prolonged process between 11th December 2023 and 22 Feb 2024. I moved into my home mid April 2024, after most of my renovation was completed. Initially there were some issues with the outside covers for the pipes falling off and shifting. These were corrected on June 26th. I did not use the system much before late November 2024 due to extensive travels between August - November 2024. On my return from my last trip in late November 2024 I started using my system due to the cold. On December 6th the system failed with a U0 code (refrigerant shortage). I called JJ&A Mechanical and they informed me they no longer did maintenance on the systems they had installed. They sent out a team from Competition HVAC on 9th December 2024. The system failed again on 10th December 2024 with the same code, Competition sent out a technician ********** This happened again on the 12th and 16th December 2024, ******* was sent out again. Everything seemed okay until 11th February 2025 when the system went down again with the same code. ******** was sent out again and I was billed for this service. I sent an email disputing the billing and asking for a lasting resolution to this problem on 6th March 2025. I disputed the billing as it was within one year of the installation. The system again failed, with the same error code on 4th April 2025. I sent an email early that morning (1:24 am), as I woke up freezing due to a fever. I had no reply to that email. I sent another on 7th April 2025 asking for contact with a plan to fix this system by end of business day 9th April 2025. I have had no reply. I have paid $36,712.50 for a system that is not functioning and have been living without heating in my home, except for a fireplace in the living room and a few baseboards in areas not covered by the heat pumps. Please help me resolve this.

    JJ&A installed a ******* split system in our home in May 2022. In the invoice, they clearly stated that the equipment comes with a 10-year parts warranty. However, we recently discovered that they never registered our warranty with *******. When we registered it ourselves, ******* only provided 5 years of coverage instead of 10, which is not what JJ&A promised us. This is a clear failure to fulfill their commitment.Additionally, our system has failed multiple times due to improper installation. Despite their website claiming '24/7 ******************* they have ignored multiple calls, messages, and emails. When we finally spoke with someone from their office, we were told that they no longer provide AC supportwhich is shocking, considering they were the ones who installed the system.After spending hundreds of dollars on repairs, a certified technician from another company confirmed that the failures were likely caused by faulty installation. We replaced the board, spent additional time and money working with another company, yet the system is still not working. This is happening during the cold winter, making the situation even more frustrating.We paid $17,325 for this system, and now, just 2.5 years later, it has completely shut downand JJ&A refuses to even respond to our calls or emails.This raises several serious concerns:Why did you fail to register our 10-year warranty?Why is your company refusing to provide support just 2.5 years after installation?Why didnt you inform us from the beginning that you would not be able to support the system you installed?Their website still advertises '24/7 ******************* yet in reality, they refuse to respond to their customers and take no responsibility for their poor workmanship.Ignoring your customers is not acceptable. We simply want to understand why they are not honoring the services and warranties they promised and what will happen to our 10-year warranty now.
