    YESTERDAY, DRAGONFLY MANAGED TO DELIVER MY PARCEL which was one of the first times, they delivered on time. Whereas, this morning, I left a note on the door and sent them instructions, they did not deliver my parcel even though I was here waiting. This company is so undependable that I dread it when I see they are delivering a parcel from ******, because 9 out 10 times, they will claim they were unable to deliver my parcel. What is wrong with these delivery guys from Dragonfly? It takes 2-3 days to deliver an Amazon parcel. Disgusted with them.

    value $81.90 for 4 items in same order. Should have no stars, My deliveries are being left outside of my apt. building. Not the front door or lobby, but outside a rear fire door where all the crack heads sit and do their drugs. Left on sidewalk for all to see and steal as there is no way to gain entrance to building from this door. Building is surrounded by 100 unit housing complex. No safe place to leave an order except with the person who placed order. When I contact them to complain again for so many times I have lost count of stolen orders. They assured me it is different now. They could see by photo evidence left by driver that my deliver instructions were not followed. To phone, knock on my door but under no circumstances are orders to be left outside they are to be returned if I can not be reached to hand me delivery to my hand . They assured me Am...n would be contacted immediately that my order was stolen as they could clearly see their driver failed to do his job. And that this was their investigation and I was clearly wronged by the driver and they will follow up with him as well. I was told to wait until this morning to call Am,,,n next day to get full refund as they were sending report verifying my order has gone missing no fault of mine. But after getting ahold of Am...n for refund they only have message order delivered by Firefly and Am...n verified to me that I have been lied too in regards to any report being filed. Am...n no says I must wait for them to launch an investigation to see if order was stolen or not. I am back to not knowing when or if I will get refund due to Firefly/ Intelicom incompetence. They changed their name from Intelicom to ******* to hide all the bad reviews and complaint received under old name. But name change means nothing. Same old lies every time I call and they are never held to account. They should never be allowed to handle deliveries for another as you have a high degree of theft.

    I've been trying to get a package picked up for return for over 10 days now. I had to reschedule pickup 6 times so far because they never seem to find our address or anybody at home. We have been making sure there's always someone at home during the day so we don't miss those incompetent employees but so far, no success. I've called Dragonfly 3 times already to try and get this solved but nothing changes. They keep treating me with disrespect. I am supposed to wait at home all day until 9pm (no running errands, no grocery shopping, etc) because I might miss them. They said they cannot provide a time estimate for the pickup.... really? Not even a 3h window frame, or a morning or afternoon time frame? That's unbelievable. I'm considering stopping buying stuff from ****** because of this company they use for their deliveries. HOW FRUSTRATING!

    Biggest bunch of lying scum I have encountered. I am going to have to stop using Amazon because of these idiots. I have chickens with more intelligence that these clowns. I am supposed to get excited because *******, Sindeep or Saran Wrap is going to be there within the hour. Well 4 days later and still nothing.. I have had two items on my front step for 3 weeks that I am returning to ****** because by the time they got there I was on vacation and did not need them anymore. Shame on ****** for using this company, they are bleeding money using these idiots. If you see your product is going to be delivered by Dragonfly, start to worry.

    Absolutely dismal company, Cannot believe Am***n uses this courier. My package was first of all being prepped for delivery at a local station, then delayed ( but according to them it's safe ) oh and their system has been " Estimated Arrival By.... Pending calculations" What a joke. If I had known that Am***n was using this I would have shopped elsewhere.

    This is just a renamed version of Intelcom which had an F rating over several years Proof, ****** the following for renaming: ********************************* ************ has claimed to "attempted delivery" when there was no such attempt, then admited they had no record of trying to deliver. They have also returned packages to sender without even attempting delivery.I do not purchase from anyone using this service.The latest package (I did not know ******* was using them) is now "delayed" and no indication of when I can expect it (it should already be in a local station but has "dissapeared" somewhere between ******** and **********).BEWARE: this company is useless, deserves zero stars

    I wanted my packages delivered to my work, as no one is home, they claim they were unable to deliver the package at 11:30pm.... ya no kidding and it was outside of their delivery hours too, then they also said that my address was invalid... **** Its a company... if they showed up like they claim they would have seen that big beautiful sign on the side of the building... even at 11:30pm... lies.

    Lousy service doesnt deserve even one star. first time returning an item no show first appointment day still no show next day rescheduled but have to wait another 2 days still waiting for pickup

    My package has supposedly been prepared for delivery for over a weekhow is this even acceptable? I ordered with one-day shipping on October 22, but no delivery attempt was made until October 26, at which point they claimed they couldnt deliver, even though someone was home all day. Why not just leave the package at the door, like every other time? This seems ************** its November 4, and after calling intelcom twice, I was told each time that the package would arrive within 48 hours. Clearly, my package has either been lost or stolen by an employee. This delivery service is by far the worstconstant delays, or packages just never arriving at all. I wish there were an option to avoid using this company, as its appalling how often this happens!
