Goldline Fianace Ltd. is connected to ****** ******.. * *** *** ** ******* **** ** ***** ** ***** *********** i bought a car from ****** ****** few years ago **** ****** ****. i was informed to finance the car to build my credit eventhough i was considering paying cash or paying it out early. i paid around $188 a month for the car and thought the loan was almost paid off in Dec.. i did not realize there was lien on the vehicle.. On Dec 1 i sold the vehicle to a private party.. I thought maybe i had one more payment left. Before i go any further i want to inform i have never missed a payment on this vehicle, payments have been made on time as well.. i found out after i made payment in December there is still 2478 left on it..The company ********** to repossess the car eventhough i never missed a payment.. instead of advising me to payoff the remainder and they would release the lien they were ********** with me.. I requested a payout to payoff the full loan and history statement to show how the payments have been applied, how much towards principal and interest.. they sent a small document showing balance to payoff for 2478.. i have called Goldline finance, texted them many times, called ****** ****** many times no one is responding to me regarding disclosures i have requested.. i understand they gave me balance owing and i have totally paid it off now, but they have not respnded to me regarding getting the payment or providing me history statement.. I need to know how they came up with that balance.. ****** ****** and Goldline has behaved in a unprofessional manner.. only response i got originally on text message was we do not have history statements and cannot provide you with any.. since then i have not had any response.. Eventhough paid off the remaining 2478 they requested i am demanding that amount back because the company has failed to provide me disclosures and response to my text messages and calls..i have proof of text messages and payout in fullBusiness response

There will be no refund available, as the amount that was paid out to us from ***** ****** *** is the outstanding amount owing on the vehicle. Without the full payment, there would be a balance.
You had made 34 of 48 payments on your loan. Any other information you require will be available on your Finance contract, which you will have.
We would have advised you to pay off the remaining amount of the loan, however you stated that you are not able to pay off the remainder owing.
You had messaged us at 3pm on January 7th, we had closed early that day due to the bad weather. We responded at 1030am on January 10th, that ***** ****** *** had paid off your loan.
