    Very dissatisfied with their service. I brought my laptop here for them to fix the charging issue with the laptop. The front desk clerk had asked for my password which I had gave to them.The technician took quite a few days but he fixed the charging port. What I later realized, however; is that he had looked at my passwords list (which was unnecessary). He also compromised by laptop by having installed computer sharing software on my computer so that he could access my computer at any time and he had made his computer the owner of the folder containing my passwords list, in addition to, a lot of other sensitive and important files.I had to reset well over 50 passwords (which took hours to complete). I had to reformat my laptop and reinstall Windows 10 from scratch so that it would no longer be compromised.I had paid $56 for them to diagnose the laptop and another $78 for the repairs. In this way, the technician in question, had committed fraud against my person.I would advise anyone that require any computer repairs to stay away from this establishment.

    We take all feedback seriously and want to address the concerns raised regarding this service experience.For clarity, this case pertains to Ticket #*****. The device in question was brought in on Monday, July 21, 2025, and received by our Office Administrator as the technician was not on duty that day. The technician began assessment and repair work on Tuesday July 22, 2025, confirming that the charging port was faulty. Several hours were spent carefully cleaning, re-soldering, and testing the charging port and battery functionality.A diagnostic fee of $49.99 + tax was discussed and charged, along with a $70 repair fee, which the client agreed to before proceeding with the repair after consulting with the customer. The device was confirmed ready for pickup on Thursday July 24, 2025, and it was collected on *********** part of our standard procedure, a lightweight diagnostic application was run to assist with hardware testing; this app was removed after use. We did not access any unrelated applications or personal files. Our ticketing system has a full log of all actions taken and communications during the ********** no point was any "computer sharing software" installed, nor was there any attempt to take ownership of personal files or folders. We have no evidence or access logs to support these claims, and we had previously requested proof of the alleged activity for internal investigationwhich has not yet been provided.We remain committed to professionalism and transparency in all services provided. If further discussion or investigation is needed, we are open to it and encourage the customer to reach out directly with specific, verifiable information.Thank you.
