    Application Number: 200 - 1250 Desired Solution: Refund for the remaining lease and return the *** system or I will proceed to take legal action On June, 2023 we have purchased the *** system from this company through the sales rep named ********************* with the following main features included:1. Work with Clover machine wirelessly 2. Can take payments wirelessly at the table 3. Wireless kitchen printer When we received the *** system set, only the first feature listed above works as promised, while to this day (February 4, ****) the second feature is still not working and feature 3 had to be solved on our own end by purchasing a 100' ethernet cable.I purchased this *** system based on the promise of these features being included as they were advertised. Without these features, there are many better alternative *** systems that are a better fit for my business.We have contacted the sales rep multiple times since June, 2023 until now, with responses being the same, that "it is still under development" with no clear timeline given to us no matter how many times we ask.We've requested to return the *** system since the first month because of these issues (June, 2023) so that we can replace it with another *** system that has all the features our business requires, but the company reassured me that they have their internal IT engineers working on this issue ASAP and I trusted them. However, to this day, nothing has been updated with the sales rep ******* replying to all of my emails with the same response "we are working on it".Now I am left with no choice than to file an official complaint, as I would like to return the *** system and get a refund to pay off the leasing company, which the contract still remains for 28 more months. If this issue is not resolved, I will be required to proceed with legal actions.Please let me know if you would like any additional information.
