    I hired the services of Trident kitchen Cabinets to do the cabinets for the entire home of our new custom home. I finalized the drawings and submitted the order in the first week of Dec. 2021. The job was supposed to be complete by Jan 2022, then March 2022, and many other dates between now and then. That 1st and 2nd deadline was not met and subsequent deadlines would also not be met. Most of our calls and texts would simply go unanswered leading to weeks of standstill. When we would get a response there were numerous reason given such as: delays of doors being made, then he was sick, then the installer quit, then more delays with materials. We understood delays with Covid were taking place, but this was excessive and we didn't understand why he would give us dates only to tell us on the day they were expected to come no one would be delivering/installing. It is now March 2023 and we still are missing cabinet doors, cabinets in our powder room as well as other deficiencies (fridge doesn't fit in the opening and is in the middle of the kitchen unplugged.) In May 2021, just before we were set to move in, Trident kitchen cabinets requested that we pay the amount owing them in full or else they would not deliver. With the numerous no shows and delays, we were hesitant to do this. He refused to deliver without the full amount in bank draft form. We obliged. Trident did not bring all of the materials as they said they would and now have the full amount of the payment for the job, but the job is not complete. After the final time of saying they would come and failed to show in Feb 2022, we have given up. Trident has not provided or responded to my Mar 1 request for receipts of my payments. They will not answer any correspondence. I do not have receipts nor are our cabinets complete in our home after 15 months. We have paid Trident $55,000 to date. We physically went to the business location in Feb/23 and he assured us he would complete within 2 weeks. That did not happen.
