            April of this year 2021, I purchased a modular home from Eagle Homes and it was put on a rush because I had nowhere to go, which I greatly appreciate. So I paid around 53000.00 for my home but in the mean time I had talked to a rep in Kamloops and I had asked if the white doors and trim were standard and she said yes they were.But then she sent me to Salmon Arm and another rep took over, we went over the colors of the walls ,floors and finishes and then she says she asked me if I was going with standard doors and trim and I said yes believing that they are the white.I receive my home and inside are these very cheap oak looking doors for which I was told by one of the assemblers that he hasn't seen those for around ten years or so.so I E Mailed the boss twice and he basically called me a liar.I have E mails I would like to sent with all conversations .

            Hi *******, Thank you for leaving your feedback as we take pride in our customer service and are constantly striving for improvement. Please note that we have made our recommendation to the factory to update their installation manuals to prevent this from happening again, and we will ensure that all future plumbers are notified of this. We once again thank you for bringing this to our attention to help us help our contractors. As for your warranty concerns, as per your email correspondence with our Warranty Administrator, we offered to continue your claim with the service department at the manufacturer once provided with a full report and invoice from the certified plumber who rectified the original error. If you would like to do this, please reach out to us via phone or to the Warranty Administrator directly. Thank you,
