    Throughout the course of our collaboration, ***** *** has repeatedly demonstrated emotional instability, a lack of professionalism, and an inability to maintain effective communication. His behavior includes but is not limited to:Inability to manage his emotions, often responding to issues with aggressive shouting;Replacing constructive dialogue with blame and personal attacks, resulting in inefficient communication;Displaying a consistent lack of respect for collaborators, including frequent interruptions and refusal to listen;Failing to fulfill the basic responsibilities expected of a project lead, particularly in terms of coordination and accountability.This unprofessional and emotionally erratic communication style has significantly disrupted project progress and damaged the working relationship.
