    Not happy with the service. Had a boiler issue. Ashton was good enough to come out late on a Friday, but the after service was TERRIBLE. I had to repeatedly call just to get them to commit to a day and time to come back, only to get canceled on. Had no heat and no hot water for the past 6 days because they were supposed to come back. The office support staff were condescending. I took a day off of work to wait for them, only for them not to show (and they promised they would come today). Then to add insult, they were willing to give a $50 credit. The part they said was broken (Which turns out it actually isn't even the issue because i found someone who knew what they were doing diagnosed it; I was lucky to find someone who could help and actually found a few issues that Ashton never even mentioned to me that this other person noticed.) cost 20x that. Plus that part would have taken several days to get here and all they could offer was empty, fake apologies. I asked the manager call me back and he never did. Would not recommend. Not reliable or trustworthy.

    This HVAC companys service was beyond appalling. They initially scheduled an appointment for Monday morning despite my clear urgency due to an impending inspection the following day. Despite my explicit request for same-day service, they disregarded my needs entirely and failed to show up in the morning as promised.I was left in a lurch, having to call them in the morning to inquire about their absence. Shockingly, their response was nonchalant and indifferent, showing no concern for missing the appointment. Their solution? A casual reschedule for the afternoon, completely disregarding the fact that I had taken time off work for their morning visit. Their lack of apology or acknowledgment of their mistake was truly frustrating.Upon rescheduling for the afternoon, I sacrificed the latter half of my workday to wait for their technicians. However, they failed to provide any updates or arrive at the promised time. It took me reaching out to them once more, only to be informed that they wouldnt be coming at all that day.This flagrant lack of responsibility and disregard for their commitments not only disrupted my plans but ultimately sabotaged my impending inspection. Despite their colossal error and the significant inconvenience caused, the company failed to show any remorse or even offer a simple apology.My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their unprofessional behavior, blatant disregard for customer needs, and utter lack of accountability make them utterly unreliable. I strongly advise against placing any trust in such an incompetent and careless HVAC service provider.

    I normally dont give reviews but I was impressed with Ashtons service and wanted to share my experience. Last November, after a pipe burst, ***** from Ashton recommended that I repipe my whole house because I had poly b pipes that needed to be changed. It was big job and their quote was on the higher end: However, I chose Ashton group because ***** was very knowledgeable, respectful and trustworthy. If I am to open my house to contractors; I want to make sure they know what they are doing and that I can trust them. They did not disappoint. ***** and *** worked on my contract for about a week. Each day they arrived, they were on time, accommodated my schedule, and were able to explain everything they were doing. They also left the place clean (they would vacuum each day before they left) and would wear shoe protectors when they entered the house. I appreciated that. There were no surprises and the project was done on time and on budget. It has now been over a month and I still have not any problems with my pipes. Even though their quote may be on the higher end of the scale, I felt it was a good investment as I received quality service and a true price from a team who was very pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate recommending ***** or *** to others.

    Ive worked with Ashton multiple times over the last 2 years. They installed my hot water tank with no issue and in a timely manner. During that time, the plumber suggested we sign up for their membership which is 20$+ a month, and that would include free plumbing check up annually. As the house was getting to be old, I thought that would be a good idea. Fast forward to a year later, I never cashed in the benefits of this membership so I decide to cancel. I emailed their finance department to cancel but it took them over 2 months to do so. In the end, they completed this task only because I filed a transaction dispute with my credit card company. Recently, I hired them to fix my shower as it is not producing hot water. The plumber said there is a cartridge issue and requires replacement. The part was said to be back ordered. They quoted me $1200 and would not give me a detailed invoice, claiming it is per job. The plumber that inspected it said the job should take under an hour. I looked up the part online from the manufacturer and it only costs me 180$ which I then ordered and it was then shipped in 2 weeks. I then received a quote from another company for the job and was given the exact details ($/labour hr). The whole job ended up costing me less than 500$. I do not understand how there can be such a big difference *** *** **** **** **** ******* ** **** ** * ******** ******* *** ********.Please beware of quotes and make sure to get second opinions if you are not familiar with plumbing!!

    I scheduled an inspections for my heat pump on Jan 18, technician no show until I call and found out that they are all backed up, came next morning and offered $50 discount for the inspection.Technician found out the motor was burned and verbally quoted approx $8,000 for replacing the motor / or $13,000 to replace the whole heat pump unit and the wait time is around 36weeks.I asked to email me the quote and invoice, which I got charged for $138.71 on Jan 19, never a email or follow up since the charges.Most interestingly I found a different company for a second opinion and got my heat pump fixed in two days and with a fraction of the original quote from Ashton, It wasnt even the motors issue, personally I will not use this company nor refer to any of my friends.

    Phoned, told them I was with a small strata wanted a 10gal electric H2O tank. Told they would come for no charge. Given a time after a weekend, window. 2-4, waited all day. They phoned an hour early would be here in 20 min. didn't come after 1 1/4 hours I phoned, oh they couldn't come as this was a commercial dept. not residential issue. Then got an email asking for credit card info and listing charges for min. I replied to email and said "don't bother we are going elsewhere". At 11 the next day saw their truck and received a call they were here! He couldn't tell me if there was going to be a charge for the visit. " I am just the technician". We both agreed to cancel. I had read some reviews both good and bad but decided to give them a try. What a waste of my time! I should charge them for a wasted day!
