The vehicle was totaled on September 15, 2023.The dealership installed the Diamond Ceramic Coating but refuses to provide a cost breakdown, preventing ICBC from reimbursing me. Additionally, they have refused to cancel the ** Key Warranty, ** Tire Rim Warranty, Bumper to Bumper Warranty, and Extended Vehicle Warranty, even though the vehicle no longer exists and these warranties are tied to the *** of the totaled truck.*** made multiple attempts to resolve this with the dealership, but they have been uncooperative. They have ignored my requests for a cost breakdown and refused to cancel the warranties and issue refunds for the unperformed services. Despite my lawyers efforts to contact them, the dealership has not responded or taken action.As a result, I still owe $17,200 on the loan for a vehicle that has been written off, and $25,000 of the contract price is tied up in these warranties. This situation has caused significant financial stress and inconvenience.Attempts to Resolve the Problem:I have contacted the dealership multiple times asking for a cost breakdown for the Diamond Ceramic Coating and to cancel the unperformed warranties. They have refused to provide the necessary documentation and have not taken any action to cancel the warranties or issue refunds. My lawyer has also tried to communicate with them, but the dealership has not responded or made any efforts to resolve the problem.

    Ever since I purchased the truck, Ive had transmission issues. I continually brought the truck to the dealership to have this problem fixed. They told me it wasnt a hardware issue. It was a software issue, flash the hard drive, and gave me the truck back. They did this over and over again until my warranty ran out and then at this time they actually did some investigative work and found that it was in fact, a hardware issue, and my transmission was filled with metal shavings. After finding this they told me I needed a new transmission. The warranty for the transmission was ******* drivetrain over five years. This happened while I was still within the hundred thousand kilometre drivetrain warranty but I had gone over the 5 years by a couple of months. They have told me the truck is unsafe to drive, which is extremely frustrating because it means the truck has literally NEVER been safe to drive as it has had the same problem since I purchased it. I have documentation of every visit to Columbia Chrysler, every oil change, every piece of maintenance that has ever been done on this vehicle. All documented. Over every visit while the truck was still under warranty, they did the exact same thing with minor variations until my warranty ran out, and then they actually looked inside the transmission and found the issue. This was a $70,000 truck that I have since paid in full. All I want is them to stand by the vehicle like they told me they would.Thanks.

    Hello sir my name is ******************************* Im victim of ******** ,misinformation,misbehaviour,misleading,misrepresentation from this dealership On July ,20th,2023 I have received a call from Columbia Chrysler Jeremy K** and said that youre looking for trading youre vehicle and he said that we hav********** with zero percent interest and for six month no payment and asked me to come over and meet them and he send the address which I have it still in my phone and i agreed to meet them on July ,22,2023 at 4:00pm and on that day Jeremy texted me that Im not here Karen will meet you I said okay when I set with him I said that brother Im here to trade my car ****** and buying a new car as youre colleague discribed me to take a look on car then ***** started asked me that what type of vehicle you want I said I am looking for very economical car ,hybrid car suv and ***** and asked how much youre paying for this car I said 700$ per month with zero interest and Im looking for same deal ***** started showing me car one was jeep and other one was *** * ************************************************************* the picture of **** SUV on his lab top and I said I dont like the ***** I am looking for white ***** but he insist that its good price do you want to have information about your car value I said yes then ***** took my driver license and my car insurance and went to check my car and then came and gave me a number of 23000dollor and for **** I clud taxes and interest he said it gonna be 56000$ the I said no my number would be 50000$ and for my car 25000$ Then he went to his manager and he came back and he offered me 25000$ for my car and *****$ for suv and he said that its include tax interest he said its principal money and every thing I said okay deal and we shake hands and then ******************* came and asked me to gave them deposits 500$ and I said that I didnt see the car how come should I pay for deposits then ***** came same time and said come Ill show you 2020suv *** which is not hybrid which look like **** 2023 and I said okay but I am looking for features like 360camera and leather seats ***** said its gonna be on **** 2023 and we came back to office and I asked from ******************* that is my 500$ deposits is refundable after I didnt like the car when arrived ****** said no its not refundable if you dont takeout the car and if you take out the car then we will refund it I agreed and I signed the deposit sheet and I paid 500$ from my master card and then ******************* said lets go to my office and lets do the insurance package so ******************* said I already got approval from bank for this car and its amazing amount of money so he said that if you take this insurance package which covers youre tire and rim and ceramic coating and also windshield protection from dust and dirty its gonna be 75$ biweekly and for car loan you need to pay biweekly 400$ for 8 years and he printed out everything And never explained me that what type of paper was it and he asked me to signed those marked areas of the paper and I signed blindly cause I was sure it is *****$ plus tax and interest so I signed those papers I said that I want to pay monthly base 800$ I cannot afford more then that and I dont want to pay for 8years its long year and I want less then that like 5years and I want to you to re apply for loan and cut the this insurance package then ******************* said that its very late almost 8:30pm bank is not able to give me those information and ****** said that Im very late I need to go for firework (and to prove this I took an screenshot from his phone )and these documents that you signed its not final sale ****** said that I didnt stamp final sale on it so when you came for delivery after one week then we will discuss more about insurance and bank loan this document is like pre approval for bank loan that you signed and also there was no any official stamp for final sale so I agreed then I left the dealer ship ****** didnt give any kind of those signed documents cause he said Ill give you on delivery date cause its not finalized and at night I emailed ******************* that I dont want that insurance package and I cant effort it I didnt receive any respond back So I waited one week and one Saturday I texted to Karan that where is the car he said its no here now its coming from onterio I said brother you told me that car will be arrived on this week and now its more then that days you promised he said Ill up date you and then at august 1st/2023 ***** texted me that car is arrived boys are going to detail it and I said Ill come to talks more about insurance package and Ill bring my family as well so we went there the other day with my father and mother and my wife and my 6month son we were very excited to take new car home and first time we are going to see this car so when we arrived to this dealership ****** came out and after greetings he showed us the car and my father didnt like the car me too and also my wife and mother as well but still I said to ****** that on that I told you that I want to cancel the insurance package and also I said I can not pay more then 400$biweekly so as per you said that its not final sale and you will do the financing again with bank on the delivery day so please explain more to my father and me Then ******************* said that its biweekly payment 445$ for 8years and include tax in o ****** its gonna be 86000$ and it has annual interest as well I was shocked when I heard that my heart start beating so fast and I said ****** its not what you said on our first day meeting he remains quite and my father also said to him that how come this happened he said that 45 $ is from insurance package for 8years its gonna be 8400$ plus tax goes more then 10,000$ and for principal money is 86000$ which might be increased if interest goes high I was on shock I told him that ****** you said its ***** $ including tax and interest that is why I signed those financial agreement and you never explained to me like this why you misrepresented it at beginning he remained quite and I said that we dont like the car special car dealers and also doesnt have dim light and also doesnt have 360 degrees cameras and no one like the car and also as youre recent financial description I cant efford it I dont want this car so he said that you go back from this contract its and legally binded contract and you have signed it once again I was shocked I said that final sale how ,you said that its pre approval for bank financing and its doesnt have any stamp and if its final sale why you didnt gave me those documents and the car as well you said it that you will refinance it with ********* again when car arrives now youre saying this that you never explained to me this at beginning And I said Im going to cancel it Then ****** said that if you dont take this contract Im gonna *** you and then everything will be messy and then other colleagues of him came his name was ************************* and said that you have take the car out its compulsory I said brother its my first time that saw the car we didnt like it I dont want it and also I have been ******* very clearly and you are misbehaving like this he was very ********** and was talking very loudly and they offered unlogical offers which doesnt make sense for me so I decided to cancel the agreement and we left the dealership with out **** car and they keep texting me ****** and ***** even ***** called and was very ********** and he said used alots of bad language against me till now and they are **** ******* ** **** *** *** and they are saying the are taking out all money from bank that they have my signature on those documents and bank will start deducting I told them that I have been ******* from your side and also Im victim of misrepresentation miss information and ******** and with out my concent and I have all text massages of them and they did not give me any documents of financial agreements

    We purchased a car from this dealer . Pushing us through to sign the papers not explaining things to me , never told us about the damage on the front bumper of the car. I called the sales guy on this . Said there was nothing they could do . Also charging us $4285.00 for diamond ceramic coating when there website plainly advertises it for $1980.00 dollars. And to top it off they told me there was no extra fee's at all but when i look at the bill there's PPSA fee $661.23. This was never told to me or disclosed .

    We have documents showing he was aware of the vehicle history (carfax) and the diamond ceramic coating is bundled with other products and it's a package deal, also the PPSA fees is charged by the bank that extended the loan. All the numbers charged can be found on documents and bill of sale provided at the time of sale.

    I am rejecting this response because: it’s doesn’t resolve nothing , I was pushed through to sign papers and was never told about the front end damage . Ya it  may state it on small print on an inspection sheet but was never mentioned . I was told there was an accident on the car but there was a claim and it was fixed. The car was never fixed. And bullshit on the diamond coating , what extra package or combined protects were with that package ? That’s a lie  they made up there own price , I never seen any numbers . They plainly scammed me on it and they won’t admit it .

    We purchased a 2022 Ram truck on November 21, 2022. Phoned in with $1,000.00 on November 16, 2022 deposit on our **** providing confidential CVS on back of **** card. Arrived at dealership and paid monies owing according to dealership. On evening of November 29, 2022 the dealership phoned to say we still owed $1,000.00. We asked them to email documents and we would look and get back to them on November 30, 2022 and sort it out. The dealership put through the $1,000.00 on our **** account without our authorization on November 29, 2022. Not sure how because they would require our CVS number again? We did not have a chance to look through the documents or discuss any of this prior to them charging us the additional $1000 on ****. We talked to the manager on November 20, 2022 and he did not seem concerned about the charge going through he just said that if they owe us the money they would pay it back to us. I did let him know we will be contacting both BBB and **** and he did not seem concerned. We have now had a chance to look through our bill and have determined that yes we do owe them this money. That is not the dispute. The dispute is the unauthorized charge to our **** account. He informed me that he did not know if I was a crook or not. We Are very upset at the dealership for abuse of our Credit Card
