Trustpilot reviews Thanks for your review!Qilifestore logo Qilifestore Your review is ************ more ****** ****** 1 review CA Rated 1 out of 5 stars This is an honest Review of the MiniThis is an honest Review of the Mini QiCoil.I purchased the Mini QiCoil about six months ago, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. After constant use during this time period, the power kit stopped working entirely, it no longer charges, the indicator light doesnt turn on at all. For a device at this price point, that alone is unacceptable.I originally bought it hoping it would help with various wellness, better sleep and health-related symptoms, as well as the abundance claims they promote through their frequencies. After giving it a fair chance, I have NOT seen or felt any tangible, credible, or measurable results in any of the areas they ************ total, I spent $650 believing this device could meaningfully improve my life, and I truly feel I wasted my money. What also concerns me is that the reviews on their website seem recycled. Ive been seeing the same honest reviews for the past 8 months, since I first started researching these devices. That raises a red flag about the transparency and authenticity of their marketing. Its definitely better to invest in yourself through real support: therapy, personal growth, or proven wellness methods, instead of relying on technology that is new, unproven, and marketed to vulnerable people looking for answers. They also claim you can return the product within 30 days, but there's a big catch: the customer must pay a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping it back to their *********** the end, even if you return it, youre still losing at least $200, if not more.Overall, I cannot recommend the Mini QiCoil. Between the malfunctioning power kit and the complete lack of results, this product was a major disappointment and WASTE OF MONEY.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. Im truly sorry to hear that your experience with the Mini Qi Coil has been disappointing thats never the outcome we want for anyone who invests in our technology.Regarding the power kit malfunction, we want to clarify that we did not receive any communication from you about a defective power kit. The only correspondence we have on record is from June 19, related to the web app, and October 18, regarding clarification of your frequency access. We would have gladly assisted you with a replacement or troubleshooting had we known about the hardware issue.Even now, wed be more than happy to help. The power kits are covered under warranty, and our team can replace any defective components once we have your details. Please reach out to us at *************************************** so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.Regarding results, everyones experience with frequency-based wellness can vary depending on sensitivity, usage patterns, and the specific programs chosen. While many users report meaningful benefits, no technology works the same way for every individual and your feedback helps us continue improving the guidance and resources we *********** also like to address your comment about our website reviews. All reviews shown on our site are submitted by real customers. Some may appear similar over time, but we do not recycle, duplicate, or manufacture reviews. Transparency is extremely important to us, and we appreciate you raising this concern.Concerning the return policy, were not sure where the information about a 15% restocking fee came from. Our current guarantee page clearly outlines our policy, and it does not include a 15% restocking fee. For clarity, here is our official guarantee page:******************************************************* We make sure all return terms are publicly available so customers can make informed decisions before purchasing. With all that said, we are still here to support you whether through warranty service, replacements, or guidance to help you use the system effectively. Please reach out so we can make this right for you.Thank you again for your honest feedback and the opportunity to improve.

I purchased the Qi ****************************** with Resonant Console 2 and up graded programs in late December p, 2022. I paid over $5000 for supposedly $10,000 worth of value. It took over 6 weeks to receive my system. It arrived from ****** in various packages but did not arrive with the upgraded resonator. That took another month or so to arrive. My tablet did not have the upgraded programs. The customer service team tried several times to push them through but they would not upload on the tablet, so they had to send a new tablet. It was 3 months at least before I had a fully functioning system. The coils are heavy and the plastic coupling that connects the cable to coil cracked in half; first one and then the other. Those coils had a plug-end connector. When I sent a pic of my cracked coupling, they sent new coils that had to be directly wired to the resonator. When I asked why the second pair was direct wire, I was told that they work best that way which made me wonder why the first set was plug-in. Now 10 months into expensive frustrations, the system has stopped working. I worked with a local health care provider who had several clients order systems, and they have all had various problems. I dont know where the 5 star ratings are coming from. I believe this is a company that pushed out product before they really knew what they were doing and now our scrambling to try to keep people happy.
