    Hired Stevens Moving and delivery ** **** ** ** **** *** ****** *******. When I booked him he asked for a $500 deposit which I e transferred to him. He did come on Friday, May 26 as promised to pack. Although he didnt finish completely and we ended up doing the rest ourselves. He texted me that night asking for payment for the packing that night. I asked if he could use the $500 deposit for that but he said for accounting reasons he needed payment now. So I e transferred him $546. On Saturday, May 27 they were supposed to be there at 2:00pm to mover her. He texted me at 1:00pm saying that the other move that they were on was bigger than they thought so he would be about 2-3 hours later. The last text I had from him was at 1:45pm saying that he would keep me updated. I never heard a word from him after that. I called and texted him numerous times and he didnt answer. He still has our $500 that he hasnt returned after many attempts to ask him to do so. So we ended up moving all the boxes that we could with our own vehicles and the scrambling to rent a * **** for Sunday,May 28 for the large furniture. Very disappointed to say the least. I wish I had ******* him before I hired him as it looks like this is t the first time he has done this. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

    I prepaid for moving services to reserve my spot. This moving company did not show up. I hired other people to assist with the move because they refused to show up, answer calls, messages, emails. They refused to return my deposit.

    On July 27, 2022, I had hired Stevens Moving to move our stuff to our new house. When they arrived, Steven backed his mover truck into the asphalt of my driveway, causing it to puncture the pavement and leave a large hole. Steven told me immediately that he would take care of that as soon as he could. After they moved all of our stuff, Steven asked for a etransfer for payment before he presented me with an invoice. He assured me that he would find someone to fix my driveway right away and that it shouldn’t take more than a weekend. I contacted Steven 3 times in 2 weeks and there has been no urgency to fix the damage he left at my house. I would like him to pay for the damages on my driveway and respect me as one of his clients.
