    Very disappointing experience. I got the promotional deal for a haircut on ******* and scheduled my appointment. When arrived I was told that I am late and rushed to the hair removal room by an old lady at the front desk. I was surprised as I scheduled a hair cut and arrived in advance to my appointment. The older lady said she got confused because another client's name who didn't show up was also ***. The hair cut was okay; it was done by a younger lady, it was a basic trim. When I wanted to pay using my ******* voucher - I was refused and told that I must pay full price - over a $60, while I already paid through ******* $52. I was told that the reason is because I didn't mention that I will be paying with the ******* voucher while scheduling the appointment. If this is that important for them - they should have mention it during the appointment scheduling themselves, which they did not do. It was very disappointing experience and felt that the older lady had a bad mood and was hostile.
