I purchased a cabinet online and came to the store to pick up the item. I was directed to the back where the online pick up area was. I parked my car and showed the paperwork to the attendant Michael. Then he came back in 2 mins with the furniture. He asked me to sign some paperwork to accept the goods. I signed it. Since the dock was higher than my van, I asked him if he wanted me move the van a bit closer so we can load the item. He asked if I needed help. I said **** *******. He then angrily walked down and he was holding onto one corner while I held the other. Suddenly he just threw the item in the trunk and the heavy furniture landed on my two fingers on my right hand. I asked him why he did that. He didn’t answer. My wife got out of the car and checked on me and she questioned him why he did that. His immediate response was, **** ****** *** ****** ***** ** ************  I asked him what he meant by that. I told him again that he injured my fingers. He did not apologize but rather kept repeating **** ****** *** *******  I said, ** ****** *** ***** *** *** ******* * ********** I was very frustrated by his attitude. Then I asked to speak to the superior and he just went back to the dock and shutter the door. I went back to the store with my two swollen fingers and talked to the assistant manager. She said we can write an email to the store manager. While we are waiting for her to give us the email address, Michael showed up and said to us, ******* *** ******* *** *** ***** **** ******* *** *** *** ******** ** *** **** ** ******** The assistant manager didn’t ask him to stop. He then went on, **** *** ************ ******** ****** And he left. Just can’t believe he didn’t apologize and rather what he said to us.
