            Invoiced $80 just to tell me my fireplace wouldn't turn on (I already knew this, which is why we booked an appointment in the first place). Totally ghosted after this ignoring all communication when it came to the repair. A total waste of money.

            Dear ******** in the first place you requested an inspection of your fireplace, not a repair. We identified the problem for the fireplace, and we had multiple attempts to contact you. Nobody ever answered the phone and we left messages to book an appointment to return for the repair, and you never called back. Also, you decided to pay what you considered for the inspection, not the amount you were supposed to pay us. I wish you had a better communication with us before expressing unfounded accusations

            ** ***** **** ** *** ** ******** ** ****** I will happily post screenshots of our text message exchanges as well as the full paid invoice amount from the first visit. I was told I would receive a quote for the service and have received the run-around for the last two months until you saw this review. I've been ignored multiple times both via text and phone. In response to your reply, I wish you would learn how to run a business and not lie when you can easily be proven wrong before you expressing yourself. I'll be following up with the strata of the building to ensure your services are not used again, and have easily found a follow up from another fireplace service provider.
