"I had some packages forwarded to me from this company, first off the prices for such a small parcel was ridiculously expensive, second and most important, I was told my packages would be best shipped in 2 separate packages and the cheapest route, so what do they do they charge me anyways to consolidate, and then a item in my box comes up missing, and they claim that their employees dont tamper with products, first show me proof because I am missing a very expensive ornament they tell me I am still liable to pay for the inbound shipping of the item that was stolen, plus pay to consolidate the item with other things I ordered after being told my cheapest route would be to send in 2 separate packages, and told that I need to still pay for the item that was stolen to the REMOVEDthey said that those things are not there fault and that I need to contact Amazon on Canada, 3rd of it wasnt stolen out of the box and replaces with a miniature cREMOVEDglass bear and didnt realize that something was wrong with that package because when it arrived at the facility it showed weight on the invoice, as they came in 2 different packages, and then weighs nothing when I get it, weird, highly suspect if you ask me, I noticed that something was wrong before I opened the ornament box it felt like it was empty. I feel like the least you could do is offer some of the money back to me as in the cost of the inbound of that package the consolidation and partial of the shipping that was cost to me plus the insurance that I paid that is obviously bogus." ...
