      An order (reference order *********) was placed online with a down payment, the remainder would be payed at the time of shipping, The product was never shipped, now the company is out of business.

      Dost never shipped me the replacement /upgrade bike that I paid for. They promised end of 2022 delivery, then Apr 2023 delivery, then Jul delivery. Then they confirmed my bike was at Vancouver port w/ unknown released date, then everything went quite, never heard from them after SEP/OCT. I have tried to email and call but no answer. Per invoice they owe me a DROP CVT value $ 4499 USD. I attached the emailed confirmed my purchased.

      On October 13th, 2023 I placed an order for a cargo bike with DOST bikes that was supposed to be delivered on December, 2023, my credit card was charge $2499.00 as a down payment and the rest was to be paid just before delivery.January 2024 came and went with no news about the bike delivery or any news regarding the bicycle.On Feb. 23rd I sent a request for a cancellation and a full return of my down payment.the first email was sent on Feb 23rd to ******************************** since he did not responded, I sent a following email to ******************************** and ******************************* with out any luck. Then I have tried to calling *************** and no body is answering.please help get my full deposit of $2499.00 charge to my credit card.thank you for any help you can provide.*******************

      Date of the transaction: 7/10/23 The amount of money paid to DOST Bikes **** $4,776 USD What DOST committed to provide me: I was guaranteed shipping date of ***** ***** crate in the first quarter of ****. Since I was one of the first 50 customers to purchase the preorder ***** I would be among the first to receive delivery on top of the $724 discount for being a loyal customer whom paid full price for the item. The original price of the crate was $5,500-$5,199 a **** discount was offered to me and others (this was the money grab scheme). I was told to be patient because of supply chain issues and that is why delivery of purchased items would be delayed. I wasnt going to ask for a refund because of all the discounts and bonuses I received from DOST. The company continued to give out **** discounts while taking orders and secretly filing for bankruptcy insolvency and liquidation. All of this dragged out time expired my opportunity to file a claim with my bank which was a unfortunate benefit to DOST because they were able to get the bankruptcy finalized run off with with $4,776 while they cut off all tools of customer communication such as the business phone line and emails so customers could not demand refund. The company went out of business and customers like myself had no idea until everything was already done thus the **** was successful.The nature of the dispute is:******** *****. DOST lied to its customers and took advantage of loyal customers who believed their supply chain issues excuse. I had done business with them before ordering a DOST **** in 2020. There was no way for me to know or prevent the **** DOST executed. I had no reason to initially file a claim dispute to begin with to my bank. They fooled customers and bought time to get the bankruptcy proceedings finalized and ran off with all our money. I would like a full refund of my transaction $4,776! I have filed a police report but waiting for it to be made available for submission to my bank

      On August 28, 2023, I made a down payment of **$2499 to Dost for a ***** electric cargo bike to be delivered in December 2023. Order DOST-****. I emailed them in October and November to learn the final specs on the bike that had not been available when I placed the orderI have not heard back from them. I emailed them to cancel my order on January 6 after not hearing from them and not being able to reach them by telephone after numerous triesit sounds like the phone is disconnected. I sent a ******** message to one of the owners, *************************, a couple of days ago and have not gotten a response. I want a refund of my $2499 US. (I have a photo of the ******** message but cant upload it here as the attachment would then be over 5 mb)

      April 15 2023, I order 3 items, (battery, mirror and a bag) I paid the order with my credit card and never received those items. I communicate with them in July to known what's happening that’s what they reply to me: Henry (DOST BIKES INC.) Jul 6, 2023, 09:41 PDT Hey Martin! Your items are set to restcok in August, we them to arrive into our warehouse by mid August and you can expect a tracking number emailed then Cheers, Henry Since then they dont answer any of my message.

      I provided Dost Bikes with a $2500. Deposit for an e-bike. They have promised me a bike and keep putting off delivery.Now they are not answering my calls. I had my brother visit their store and it is closed up.

      - Initiated contact with DOST Bikes for the purchase of an ebike - After issues with their website and *** ******* website, finally created an order ( #******) to purchase an ebike with accessories ( total cost $ 6,884.78) with monthly payments thru ***** **** *******. - Told ebike would ship by the end of August - Due to Port shipping handler strike - told items would be delayed in an email dated August 28, 2023 - Payment of $ 573.74 have been deducted from my *** bank account starting July 12, 2023 thru to Dec 12, 2023. - When I try to determine a delivery date via phone messages, emails and texts - I get no response. - Going to their website ( *********************) I get no response from their contact info ( or now site not found) I am seeking delivery of ebike as promised or a full refund of the monies paid to date. I haven't yet stopped payment to the bank ******* and wondering if that is my next step. Please advise. ( I can't seem to add 3 desired settlement ( contact by business/ delivery / refund) If an email trail is needed I can provide / attach thanks *

      I had ordered two Drop CVT ebikes and accessories on September 6, 2022 from DOST Bikes via telephone order. A 50% deposit of $5,843.79 was placed that day on my **** charge card. At the time of order, the promised delivery was to be in March 2023. On Feb 7, 2023 received an email from DOST stating there is a shortage of ***** Carbon Belts and assembly would be delayed with their best estimate of June 2023. Received an email update on May 31, 2023 that there was a further delay and a video link stated the new delivery is expected mid-August. After an email follow up the next day, DOST offered their appologies and added 2x free extended warranty to the order (a value of $640). On August 22, 2023 I received a phone call stating the delivery is further delayed due to port delays in Vancouver and expected delivery is the 1st week of October, 2023. Subsequent phone calls, emails, ******** posts, messenger texts in September, October and November have gone unaswered.
