            I hired All West Heating to complete a peace of mind gas fireplace service on my fireplace that has never had any problems. Hence (peace of mind) service on October 13 2023. About a week later I woke up at 1 am to my condo filled with natural gas. I shut the main gas valve off and the next morning I called "*****" from All West and he said someone would come by later that day (Monday) and if not Tuesday at the latest to resolve the problem. Come Wednesday I still hadn't heard from him so I called him back and he said he was busy and that he would send someone Friday who would call me in the morning to confirm a time. I did not hear from him on Friday so I called him in the late afternoon and he said he would call me back in 30 min. I still haven't heard from him and it's Monday of the next week. Now he isn't answering my calls.I think its very unprofessional to create a gas leak and then not return to fix the problem. If anyone is considering a fireplace service please consider an alternative company to this one.

            This business owner also owns a business called ****** ******* *** ************ **** ******** **** *** **** ******* ****** ***** (****************** ** *** ******* ******.All West serviced my ******* mother's fireplace for $183.40 in Jan 2023. Onsite came last week and serviced her fireplace again, for a similar cost. If these businesses are owned by the same person, and that person is the contact for both, why are they doing the same job in less than a year? He should know what work has been done under the name of both companies.I won't even go into how the person spent about 15 minutes 'servicing' the fireplace. He checked for gas leaks and wiped the glass. That's it.** ***** **** **** *** ****** ********* ** ** ******* ****** *** *** ****** ******. I would avoid All West and Onsite. I don't think they are trustworthy.

            ************** you called and we have spoken on the phone . As I explained one of our sales person contacted your mother not knowing that the fireplace has been done months ago and you gave me your number for future contact to avoid this the confusion. We did not charge your mother and as a service we clean the glass check burner and gas leak check pilot check and run the unit to ensure that unit is safe . There is nothing else to be done unless repair needed . We have been servicing your mothers fire place for years and this mixed up happened only now and thats not fair to call us not trustworthy. As a business owner for the confusion that happened we will not charge your mother for the recent service provided . I hope you understand and we hope to keep the relationship stronger going forward sorry about the mixed up .

            I have no record that you have been servicing my mothers fireplace for years, and would be interested in seeing those invoices. Also, how many years? I see from your profile that you have been in business less than 3 years. I appreciate that you are not charging for the 2nd cleaning in 7 months. However, I still don't understand how your sales people have no records as to what work has been done by your two businesses. I hope you can sort that out, so this doesn't happen to another elderly person who doesn't remember.
