    If I could give this store 0 stars I would. They hike up their prices and are generally more expensive than other stores in ******, then do an "epic sale" to make customers think they are getting a good deal. When you buy pre-order products they take your money upfront but take no responsibility for shipment delays for months and months on end. When you try to shop in store you have to check with them first to see if you can buy the item in case that's already sold online - if that's the case why do they allow customers to browse their products in store? The "epic notion sale" they have going on recently (or still going) are cheap knock-off products one can find on sites like Temu and *******, and they jack up the price as usual then put a sale price on them. Go ahead, do some googling and you'll see the exact same item on cheap, knock off sites like Temu that have no regard for copy right. I tell all my sewing/quilting friends to avoid this store.

    Ordered fabric and notions. Have not heard a word f rom them. I have reached out to them. I do not recommend this store.

    It has been months, since I ordered my fabric. I keep being told that the fabric is "taking longer than usual for shipments from the suppliers". Then after about 3 months, I was told that the fabric had arrived and that it would take a while to cut because there was "over 500 orders". After waiting three weeks, I emailed them again - only to be told that the fabric was again on backorder, and it would take about 3 weeks. I requested my money back, at this point and am waiting for my refund - although, I have not heard from them

    Not only is service bad and slow, but woman I spoke with not very friendly! Waiting on fabric that was to arrive in Aug.!

    I purchased fabric in December 2023. A few of the items were pre-order to April 2024. They hold the entire order until the pre-order comes in. It is now June 28, 2024 and I still have not received my fabric. They have been holding my $198 for six months now. I wrote to them and asked them to refund me for the fabrics that have not arrived yet and ship the rest, but I haven't heard back from them. Totally disappointed. **************** is non-existent.

    I have ordered some thread from them and have the same complaints as all previous reviews. ordered in Feb 2024 not received yet. customer service is nil.

    I purchased batting from Dinkydoo several years ago. The quality was abysmal--my long arm quilter replaced it with her own batting due to this. I know the delivery was slow -- I emailed inquiries at least three times. Needless to say, I have never shopped there since. I didn't think to share this experience at the time, but after reading about others' similar experiences that were shared on a ***************** page I belong to, I felt I owed it to other quilters out there to share mine. (I would have selected no stars if I'd had that choice.)

    Slow, slow, slow. It's mid-January, and I am still waiting for November and December pre-orders. The pattern seems to be 'add two months to the given pre-order time.' Like others, I thought it would be nice to spend my money with a ********/** company, but I can get the same items so much faster from ********, at similar or even better prices (even taking into account the exchange rate).When I've e-mailed them regarding outstanding orders, I just get a form email back saying "blah blah blah supply issues, blah blah blah our suppliers are slow.' Meanwhile the same fabric is in stock at other outlets. Once I receive all my outstanding orders, that is it. I'm done with this company.

    I conduct a considerable amount of online shopping. Dinkydoo, by far, represents the worst shopping experience I have encountered with any ******** or ******** online fabric company. I have purchased fabric from this company for approximately two years and this is not the first time I have encountered problems with my orders. Based on my most recent experience, I decided it was time to stop placing orders with this company. In the last week, I have sent the company four emails and left a voice mail indicating that the parcel they told me was sent November 6th was not shipped at all. I tracked it and called the carrier twice. Carrier ************* me that it had not received the parcel from Dinkydoo. I was advised to contact the supplier and find out what happened to my package. This companys voice mail indicates that if you have an urgent issue, to email them. I have not received a response to my emails or voicemail. Consequently, my credit card company is now involved. In addition, via my last email, I requested a refund for the fabric that was not shipped including the cancellation of all outstanding orders I placed. I also requested a cancellation of my account and refunds to be applied against the credit cards I used to place the orders. To date, the shipping status remains unchanged and there has been no response from Dinkydoo. ****** online reviews reflect similar comments from customers. I have purchased beautiful fabrics, at comparable prices, from other ******** and ******** quilt shops and have never experienced such shoddy customer service. Many quilt shops in ******* offer a $5 to $10 reservation fee for pre-orders. Customers do not have to pay the full amount for pre-orders months in advance. This company charges the full amount up front regardless if the delivery is several months away. I will never buy anything from this company again.
