    Absolutely horrendous outfit, with deplorable people running it. No integrity or honesty, would not only NOT take responsibility for having improperly installed a suspension part that shortly thereafter failed, causing much more expense to fix--after charging 3X+ what should have been the cost!--but then being threatening and rude when trying to hold them to account!I have come to find out this shop has a terrible reputation in town. Wish there has been a BBB report on them earlier, so I could have avoided crossing paths with them. Hopefully this report will prevent anyone else from every giving this outfit any business.Business owner is *********************.

    We cannot respond as he provided own parts, overloaded his truck, the shop in ******* will not back his claim of wrong installation and this part has had numerous complaints of bracket breaking. There is no wain customer supplied parts and he knew this. A journeyman installed the parts and has done hundreds of these. He was also advised to be very careful of what he says or we will charge him for defamation of character.
