My family went to Penticton for our vacation. We love the casino and we’re so excited that the restrictions had been lifted. We went to Match Eatery which is part of the casino. Our server was rude, angry and made it clear she was *********. Granted it was busy and short staffed. We love food. My husband is a very large man and when asked to order more appetizers she rolled her eyes and said “you’ve got to be kidding me right?” At first I didn’t think much of it until I looked at my husband and he was beet red and embarrassed. I paid the bill and tipped her 20%. How stupid was I. We returned again on Sunday. The three of us got stuck with same server. We ordered three dinners right away to avoid conversing with her as little as possible. She returned with our dinners. My husband’s was completely wrong. She took it back and we waiting to start but after 15 minutes carried on and ate. 30 minutes later I get up and paid the bill. My friend and left to talk to the manager, at this time my husbands’ dinner arrives and he has to box it up. You would think that his dinner would be compensated but no it was not. I approached the hostess to speak to the manager who hid behind the bar and clearly did not want to speak to me. He came out ready for an argument would not let me talk and kept cutting me off he then called me a drunk! My husband approached me and the manager Neil ran away yelling for security and that I was going to be banned from the casino. **** **** ** **** ** *****  I found out who his manager was; his name is Jordan K***. He did nothing. Said thank for the comment. I mean really? He didn’t even offer a gift card for the dinner my husband had. I can’t even believe how poor the customer service is. *** ******** *** ******* ** * ***** ***** *** ** * *** **** **** ******* **** ****** ** *   This place ruined our night and I will never recommend or set foot in there again. Food was amazing the server she was a ******* woman, her manager Neil and his manager Jordan were unprofessional and rude.
