5 starsExcellent experience from walking into the business and dealing with Sukh, who was very helpful in helping us choose the right cabinet bed for our family. The delivery was prompt, and both of the delivery men were professional and considerate. Excellent experience. Thanks to everyone at M&N Mattress & Sofa.

5 starsBest furniture shop ever. I bought my recliner and had it custom. They kept me informed through the process from ordering to delivery. All the people who I dealt with were very informative. I would recommend buying from this wonderful shop.M&N Mattress & Sofa

5 starsWe have bought all our mattress, and our grown children’s mattress here for years. We just purchased two sofas here. The customer service, and the quality of the items we have bought in M&N Mattress Shop are top notch. We love that they are a locally owned and operated business. 5 starsWe needed a new mattress for our Airbnb and wanted to buy local so of course we chose M&N Mattress, and they didn’t disappoint. First class customer service, and we had our mattress chosen within 10 min. They made special arrangements to have our old mattress removed ahead of the new mattress being delivered. The delivery guys were on time and even attached our existing headboard to the new frame. We couldn’t ask for better service! Thanks to you all.M&N Mattress & Sofa

5 starsWe ordered a new sofa bed and ottoman from M&N Mattress. We dealt with Sukh in the past when we purchased a new bed and again this time for our sofa bed. As usual Sukh was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. On the date of delivery there was a miscommunication address sofa bed was to be delivered but M&N took care of it right away and the sofa bed was delivered on the date and at the time quoted. Delivery staff was extremely pleasant to deal with and made sure the sofa bed was set up and in place before they left. I highly recommend M&N as your mattress, sofa and pillow place. I am giving them a rating of 5 for sure.M&N Mattress & Sofa

5 starsLooking to buy a new mattress, I went into M&N Mattress late in the afternoon and spoke with Natasha about their products. Natasha appeared very knowledgeable on the features, product options and warranties offered. The store has all the models on display, and you are encouraged to try the beds for comfort. This company made me very comfortable in the purchase and better still, delivered the mattress 90 minutes later. Regarding customer service, they called me two days later to enquire if all was well with the product. We will continue to shop at M&N Mattress.M&N Mattress & Sofa

5 starsM & N Mattress is a great business. The owners are onsite and involved: innovating & expanding their product line and showroom and providing excellent customer service. We bought a King Ironman mattress and Ergomotion adjustable bed from them at the Victoria Home Show a decade ago. When we wanted a Queen this year we went only to M&N Mattress in Parksville to shop, selecting a latex Ironman mattress and their signature Ergomotion adjustable bed. Same great service from purchase to delivery and set up. We know from experience that they back what they sell, and we highly recommend them.M&N Mattress & Sofa
