    I had purchased an engine from this company in December 2023. I had paid to have it shipped to me and had thoroughly discussed with the company what was on the engine I was receiving and what condition it was in. Upon receiving the engine, we had noticed parts were broken on it and it was not in the shape that was described over the phone. We had called the auto wrecker repeatedly and the call went to voicemail everytime. We left numerous messages and never received a call back. After the 30 day money back guarantee was up, the company finally called us back. The woman was extremely combative over the phone, accused us of not being truthful about the state of the engine. She had asked to call our mechanic and stated she would call us back afterwards. We then gave her the phone number to our mechanic and never received a call back. We had spoke to the mechanic and he had stated that Oliver auto wrecking had called him and he explained what was wrong with the engine. He asked the company what they were going to do to make things right. The company responded that they are going to do nothing, as they had sent me an engine. We have yet to hear back from this company on this matter and it has been months now. We feel like we were duped by this company because not only did they not send what was agreed upon and paid for, but they had also purposely avoided our calls until after their 30 day return policy was passed.

    Customer was seeking an engine in which we had in stock.After complaining about how broke they are,we ended up taking $300.00 off the original purchase price.The motor was thoroughly tested as we always do;; ,for  over 25 years in business   also we give a 90 day warranty,,so the 30 day warranty they are talking about is not true...we ended up leaving several other parts on the motor in which were a BONUS for the customer.,and for the mechanic who was installing it.So right away extra parts and $$$$$ off the original price.The engine was purchased just before Christmas holidays,,,,,probably why when they called it went to answer machine ........but not once did they leave any messages.We then were back at work and the customer called and I answered,,,,they had said there were broken parts on the engine......we asked for the mechanics phone number to speak with him about it........There was NO issues at all with the mechanic,,,( he was HAPPY with the engine and all the EXTRA parts )........never once did he say any issues pertaining to the engine.......We had let him know the customers were complaining to us,,,he said he had to charge more labour than what was a ( quote )    QUOTES change,,,,thats why its a quote.....the mechanic said to not bother with the customer as there was no reason to complain about the engine we had shipped.......we called the customer back and let them know what the mechanic had said........It is not true at all what the customer is saying about not calling them back or dealing with this,,,,,,,WE DID  and they just did not like the response......We feel that we helped the customer more than satisfactory .....they are slandering our business with this complaint .........simply it is all not the facts.......it is unfortunate when you try to help people out,,,,but all they want to do is complain....and as you will see ..over 25 years  and this is the ONLY complaint......tells you something right there.............
