    I called ahead to purchase a set of tires and have them
    installed on my alloy wheels. When I arrived, everyone seemed friendly at first,
    but that’s where the positives ended. After the install, I got home and
    immediately noticed they had lost one of my locking lug nuts. No one mentioned
    it before I left. When I called to ask why, I was met with a dismissive,
    condescending attitude from the older man who seems to run the shop. He brushed
    it off as “something that just happens,” and I had to push for them to replace
    the locking nut at all. Once I received the replacement, I went to install it
    myself only to discover they had put mismatched valve stems on the left and
    right sides of my vehicle. When I went back to have it corrected, I waited over
    an hour with no updates. When I politely asked for an estimated wait time, that
    same manager loudly told me, in front of other customers, that I could “just
    leave” if I didn’t like the service. So, I did. I’ll have the issue fixed
    elsewhere. The tires and rims themselves were fine, but the service was
    absolutely unacceptable. I wasted nearly four hours between calls, trips, and
    waiting for mistakes they could have fixed properly in under one hour. The
    unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and downright rudeness I experienced
    here was unlike anything I’ve encountered at a shop before. I will never go
    back to Cedar Tire, and I will make sure to tell anyone considering them about
    this experience. Saving a few dollars on tires is simply not worth being
    treated this poorly. Save yourself the trouble and time. Dont bother with Cedar
    Tire. ** ****** **** **** *** *** ***** ******* ******.
