    I order some stylus tips for an e-ink tablet. A couple weeks later I received in the mail a non-descript Japanese manual for a shop vac and a piece of cardboard. No English language receipt or anything to indicate this was my order; naturally I let it sit for a while then simply tossed it; not knowing what else to make of it. A couple more weeks go by and I reach out to the company to inquire about my stylus tips. They then inform me that the nondescript package I received was my order, but due to some reason about *** not shipping international items for less than $15, they had to disguise my shipment as a document, hence the Japanese language vacuum manual. The stylus tips were discretely hidden in the cardboard evidently, although they must have done too good of a job hiding them because they weren't at all obvious. Especially without any documentation indicating that this was the package that I should find them in. I'm not sure why there was not receipt or anything indicating to me that this was my order for stylus tips. Nothing was in English at all. I reached out to the company and they weirdly lashed out at me for complaining about it. * *** **** ******* ******** *** ***** **** ** **** * ******** ********** **** ***** *********** ***** * ****** **** **** **** ******** Luckily the credit card company happily credited my account and I just left it at that. I only decided to leave this review after I received an exceptionally unprofessional email response from a company representative who goes by "******* *********" ******* *** **** **** ****** ***** *******
