    The attached correspondence details the shortcomings of EZ Log Structures and discusses why I am wanting a full and complete refund to address the issues and challenges instead of dealing further with EZ Log Structures. The continue to deflect ignore and argue. The issue is serious and I can no longer tolerate the inability of this outfit to sort through the following shortcomings and failures:

    Missing LVL Engineering Information

    Poor, Inadequate Drawings
    Missing Window Vendor Details
    Required Rework and Dismantling
    Schedule Delay Costs
    Unsightly Cosmetic Changes
    Safety Concerns
    Poorly Cut Siding
    Damaged Windows
    Missing Kitchen Window
    Improper Window Opening
    Missing Pine Boxes
    Etc.

    Many more issues both resolved and un-resolved.
