"The sweep cleaned my chimney in Dec 2023 as we had a chimney fire , they cleaned the chimney and said was good till next year , Started up the Wood stove in April 2024 , had chimney fire within minutes , never used the wood stove till then . Sweep came out , cleaned the chimney wit my brush as they did not have proper brush , used my equipment , took away approx 6 gallons of soot , creosote was charged again for cleaning chimney , told them that did not clean the chimney last time properly, still was charged ." ... "The Sweep repointed my chimney and added a flex liner from my furnace to the top of the chimney to vent my furnace. Two years later, after a heavy rainstorm I have water pouring into my kitchen and it is from the chimney." ... Read full review
