    This complaint is about "maid in the shade" house cleaning services. They were rude, and did not do the work they were contracted to do.
    Two of them were supposed to come for 2 hours, to do 2 small bathrooms and 1 kitchen.
    Each one spent two hours in a bathroom, and did an extremely poor job in each.
    And they never cleaned the kitchen at all.
    And they charged high rates for very poor service.

    This happened a few weeks ago.  I waited for awhile to complain, because when the **** ******** woman was doing one of my bathrooms parts of my electric

    toothbrush and electric beard trimmer went missing.  I kept hoping they would show up, but they never did.  (I can give you an exact date if you like but they already 

    know since we organized the appt via their email.

    Hi...I did respond to your email and sent you the link stating that in your own words, you would only like to hire us for 1 hour.  I have not heard back from you yet.  I am sincerely sorry for any miscommunication and for not being able to get into the kitchen.  They did the best they could in the 1 hour.  Our email correspondence says...that we would clean whatever could be done in the 1 hour. However we will be happy to refund your money to you. I hope you found your beard trimmer I would think they just tucked it away in a drawer?  I feel sad that you would not have called us with your concerns or at least addressed our email to you before filing a complaint with the BBB.

      Please let me know if you require a copy of our email correspondence.
