nd here is our summary of our experience as you are trying to leave negative reviews wherever possible: On our fourth trip to try to complete the job, our installer had installed a wall already and was starting on the second wall. You then came in, told him that you did not like the tile (the ones you had picked out), and demanded that he remove them. So, he did as you instructed. It is extremely difficult to remove tiles cleanly so they can be reused, as well as you said that you did not want them. So, he removed them and as there was nothing more to do as you wanted to change the tiles, he left the jobsite. Once you were told how much it would be to go with a different tile (as we could not return used tile to the supplier), you decided that it would be fine to use the original tile. So, as it was another day labour, plus an additional 2 boxes of material (we were able to reuse some of the tile, they were not all broken), this was going to be charged to you. You agreed to the price, as you knew that it was your fault in causing the delay. This was clearly discussed with you, you knew it was your fault, and in fact paid us a deposit to complete the work caused by your actions! The 2 boxes of tiles were ordered, and new dates for install were being co-ordinated. Then you decided it would be a good time to leave reviews about how bad we are. In the middle of the install. Which was going to be rectified. Which was paid for by you, as you knew it was your actions that caused the issue in the first place. So, yes, as the owner of the company, I decided that we would no longer be doing the work for you for the way you had treated us. We fully refunded your money immediately. We have done thousands of installations over the past 15 years, and have had many happy customers. If there are any issues, we ensure to address them and rectify them as soon as possible. We do not pay or give discounts for good google reviews, any reviews are done so by satisfied customers. There was no trickery involved, otherwise we would have kept your money and not given a full refund!
