    Also, some facts about the repair and billing:- you did not have permission to hold my card number beyond the initial work, let alone 5 months later. So to be clear you do not have permission to have my card or apply charges to it!- the diagnostics were not done correctly, and it took until the third onsite before you diagnosed the generator as beyond repair. You had me buy a fuel pump ( which cost me $1600) and installed , and it still wasnt repaired correctly. So you charged me for three full visits, and the cost of a fuel pump to finally tell me the generator was not repairable! - and 5 months after the fact you charged my credit card without permission for multiple site visits that did nothing, and I still needed to buy a new generator. On top of all that I never have received an invoice for the work done.
