- In the event that the Client has diligently followed all advice and directions provided by the Consultant throughout the process, and the farm status for the Client's property is not approved or removed, and only after exhausting the first level of appeal (PARP), the Client shall be entitled to a partial refund. The refund amount shall be equal to 50% of the total fees for the year paid by the Client for the consulting services. This refund shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the Client under such circumstances, and shall constitute a complete settlement of any claims related to the unsuccessful farm status approval.
