5 starsWe're very happy with the quality of our Centra windows. We had half the windows in our house replaced last year, and found that even with only half the windows replaced there was a noticeable reduction in street noise and heat transfer (warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer) so we did the rest of the house this year. We received great service from Centra. The windows came a week ahead of schedule, and the installers: ************, **************, and **************, did a great job - they were professional, courteous, tidy and efficient.

More than happy with results. Installers Aaron P. and Ryan S. we’re absolutely punctual, did what seems a fantastic job and left everything spotless!
Came home to what from the exterior looked like anew place and from the interior feels like a new home,!

1 star******** ******** I had my windows done in 2021 and they came out 3 times to “fix” them. I had cracked caulking on all windows, water pouring in through 3 and we freeze in the winter even with a wood stove ( we are actually going through more wood with the new windows) the road noise is awful * ** *** ***** *** ******** ******* **** *** **** ***** ***** **** the road noise wakes my granddaughter up constantly! They just came and replaced all the frames ( except 1 sliding glass door so now it looks different from the rest) and they did so much damage to my window sills with their crow bars, and one of the windows they slammed so hard in it actually pushed the moulding off the wall so now there is a big gap with lots of draft, they cracked another window sill and left spray foam all over my floors! This last year and a half has been a nightmare with my new $25K windows! ****** ** *** **** **** ** * **** * **** ***** ****** ** ************* ** ******* *** ********** My granddaughters room is so cold we have to have a heater in there so she can play and sleep! I was even told at one point I needed to take the moulding off every window and fill with insulation, and that windows create a tornado effect and blow cold air back into the room?! So why did you tell me to go with the most expensive ones to block out the sound and keep the cold air out and warm air in! No one came back and replaced the sliding glass door?! And I received 1 call they left a voicemail and have not returned my call back. There are so many more issues than a sliding glass door, I am sorry thats all you took from this entire situation.Review fromLeslie M

1 starCentra (Langley) supplied all the doors and windows to my home. They claim on their website there is a lifetime warranty on their products. The doors are 4 years old and the locking mechanism on 2 doors have failed, they don’t lock properly and now there are security and safety risks. I’ve submitted 3 on-line requests for warranty work on these doors. I called the service manager (Anna) twice with no response. I’ve called the Lead Customer Care person (Lee) still no response. It’s unacceptable that management is aware of my security issues and choose not to respond.

Thank you for finally getting to me.
I now have a total of 4 doors not working properly.
You and I both spoke with the Home Warranty company, of which you are now providing 2 brand new doors that are leaking.
There are 2 other doors that are not locking.
