3 starsCentra was my go to option because Supreme Windows was bought out by them. Assuming the service and product would be the same as Supreme (I used Supreme Windows 14 years ago-and still am very happy with the product), I did a contract for windows. The same sales man served me; great so far. The date arrived to install, and the installers were friendly-and told me they were very experienced. I went back to see the installation of the 3 windows that day and was shocked to find they had placed the frame of the window over an plug outlet. No mention from them why they did this, as well, there was no caulking around the window and the frame edges inside were so sharp you couldn't run your hand over it. Plus they used a silicone on one window, that was bubbling out. And, the frame corners didn't match up very well. So I complained, and complained, and finally they sent a reputable expert to fix the problem. Once done, it looked much better. So, I went with them early the next year to have the last window done. I paid in March and in June was expecting my window, but - no they didn't order it--so i had to wait another 12 weeks. With many, frustrating calls to service managers, ***** the installation manager finally sent 2 very capable workers-***** and **** to install the last window. Those fellows did a great job-but Centra did not supply them with the window screen!. Honestly at this point, for almost a year of of hassles, I don't think I would recommend them - but I would recommend ***** and ****.

5 stars**** and *** did an absolutely superb job installing my Centra replacement windows. They were clearly very skilled and worked very efficiently, but also took great care to protect all the surfaces in my home. When they were done, they cleaned everything thoroughly, so my home was spotless when they left. The windows themselves are of very high quality. My experience with Centra was 100% positive from start to finish. 5 stars****, Serhii and Kostiantyn just completed a full house window and door installation for our home in NW *******. It was a large job, but they completed it well within the quoted timeline. 5 starsWe recently (Kelowna BC) had a patio door/window unit replaced by Centra Windows. The job was conducted very quickly and to our total satisfaction. Excellent customer interaction, professional, friendly team. The day after the task was completed, they returned for any concerns we had. ****** and ****** are great ambassadors for Centra Windows! 5 starsWe had all our windows replaced and new front door and side window by Centra about 15 years ago. I did recently call them and asked to have someone come out and look because I thought one of the frames was rotting. As it turned out it was the screen frame that was affected. It was removed taken away a new one made and delivered and installed today. From the time ***** came out until today was about a week. He was excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They addressed any concerns we had and had exceptional workmanship in ensuring that all installations were meticulous. 1 starCentra Window (*******) was recommended to us and we had them over for an entry door estimate, the meeting went well and the salesperson asked us to contact him if we would like to go back to the show room. We were happy with the estimate and left him a phone message on Friday afternoon and follow up with an email on Sunday. Since we havent heard back, we called the office to see was the salesperson on holiday but was assured that he will contact us. Now 48 hours later and we still havent heard back. Can you imagine if you place a service call ? We are extremely disappointed and feel badly treated by this company.Centra Windows & Installs Pros

4 starsCentra just completed our window/door install and we love the products.We had two outstanding installers: **** and *****. They kept the working area clean, and were very helpful and personable. **** went the extra mile to silicon around our existing windows to prevent any future leaks or damage to our house. ***** did an excellent job filling in nail holes and installing our interior trims. He did an exceptional job cleaning all the new windows inside and out at the end of the installation.Centra Windows & Installs Pros
