    I bought into the business based on being told that I would have a 90 day guarantee on my locations, the ability to move them with no questions asked, and I'd have full support to help me run the business. I had problems from the start with delays and with the locator who I was given to. ** ******** ****** ** *** I reached out to the sales person - David T******* aka David B****. He advised he would help me through the process and if things didn't work out he would pay me back for the costs. This did not happen. When I tried to get out of the business as I was told they would help me sell I was ignored I tried phoning/emailing/texting and no reply. I continued to try to work on the situation and when I reached out to the creator of the chews Gary M**** he told me he'd get things sorted out. * *** **** ** ****** ** ******** ****** ** *** ** ***** ** *** ********** ***** * **** I was then given 8 new locations that did not produce so I asked for them to be moved during my 90 days. I was then told I'd have to pay for them to be moved. Eventually I asked for my money back as they were not providing the support or any of the guarantees that was part of the business cost. I bought into the business based on these items and would never have agreed without them. I was put in touch with a Will who initially was working with me and eventually said I would get $170/machine which was less than I spent I paid $35k for 50 units. I agreed under protest as I was not provided any support and wanted to recoup my loss. He said the shipper would pick up the machines after Christmas 2021. I heard nothing for over a month. I reached out to the shipper who knew nothing of this and sent me to a new person a Tessa with ***** *******. She then told me that I would only get my money when they found a buyer. Eventually I posted a negative review based on my issues and was recently told they would counter sue me if I took them to court and they will not pay me back.
