1 starThey lied to me over the phone and text about a hybrid being available today. . Went in to find out its not available after negotiating on my trade in. And then they said they will give me someone elses cancelled order in a few months ( but why did you lie to me telling me the hybrid is at the dealership today !!!!!)They did mention they have a waitlist of over 400 people so they are doing me a favour by being allowed to jump the queue. However because they are allowing me to jump the queue they feel they deserve more money from me during this transaction so they feel ok to reduce the trade in value of my vehicle by close to $10,000 . Its such a rip off. And if I refuse to give a trade in they state they will not sell me the car as they will sell to someone else. In other words they are going to rip someone off. The noble thing to do would be hi Give the cancelled order to one of the people on the waitlist for the hybrid? Doesnt that make ethical sense? Do not make a deposit at this dealership either because clearly they dont care about customers they just care about how they can make the most money. I will be reporting the company to bbb.Im shocked managers dont reply to the poor 1 star reviews. Its because they got nothing to say and managers participate in this unethical practice at this dealership. Do not waste your time at this dealership. If you are reading my review please do not visit them you will get ripped off like the other 1 star reviews say and you will be lied to like I was.Review fromJo Anne K

1 starI went to Langley Toyota to see about buying a rav4 trail. I asked the sale manager 3 times what the interest rate was and not once did he give me an answer! He side stepped it! I didnt purchase that day because it made me uneasy. My sales person ****** reached out a few times and then I got a call at home from the sales manager ( I think it was *********************** but I cant say for sure.) he was wanting me to do up an offer over the phone! ( another red flag). So I finally get an honest and forthcoming answer on the interest rate from a different sales manager ( ********* or Tristian) I say I will come in to write an offer tomorrow which is Thursday she suggests I do it Friday so I will know the new rates for February. I tell her I will be in late afternoon. 8 hours later I receive at text from ****** telling me he just checked and the rav4 trail was sold! Wtf??? I speak with him on the phone and Im told it just sold and its first come first serve! This dealership only cares about making its quota not building honest relationships with people! I said I would be in write an offer and that should have told them it was sold! If it didnt why was I told to come in Friday? No professional ethics here!Go to any there dealer!Review fromMark S

1 starThey lie about you getting a loan from Toyota and get you to finance with a higher rate with a bank. This is giving Toyota and all go dealerships a bad nameReview fromHamed G

1 starThe finance manager's unprofessional behavior marred my purchase experience at Toyota Langley. Discovering extra charges on my agreement after leaving the dealership disappointed me. While the sales team was kind, I recently had a bad encounter with the finance manager at Toyota Langley. I discovered surprise charges on my agreement and faced a condescending attitude. Getting a refund took a lot of effort.I hope this review helps others. The dealership needs to address these issues fast. Buyers deserve better.Review fromKaren S

1 starShady. Lied about $799 FOB key replacement fee and $495 detailing/gas fee as mandatory when they were in fact optional. When I called him out on it, he said that's how they make their margins. I said, "you lie to customers so you can make more money?" After that, the refused to negotiate anything and I walked out. They also only want to finance cars, gave us the round around when we want to pay cash. Asked for credit card to 'show my offer was legit'. I am never going back there. The owner need to start reading these complaints and *********** is embarrassing.Review fromJamie M.

1 starI purchased a 2023 Toyota Camry and the advertised interest rate was ****%. When I was in the finance office filling out the paperwork, **************** mentioned the interest rate of ****% not once but twice. The next day when I was home, I reviewed the papers only to realize it said ****% interest. My mom was with me during my purchase and I asked her the next day if she heard what the interest rate was her comment was six point something percent. She even remembers commenting that its not that bad of an interest rate! The finance papers that I filled out is a five or six page document, of which I only signed the last page, how does my signature on the last page give force, and effect to the previous four or five pages!? The first page is were the **** interest rate was printed. That page couldve been switched anytime after I signed the fifth or sixth page! I called and stated my concerns they were not much help at all. I even talked to the finance manager. He said the interest rates havent been that low in years. I asked him how many years? I said over three years? He said yes I said thats strange. I just bought a new Toyota truck two years previous to this and my interest rate was ****%! Right after I got off the phone with him, I took some screenshots from Langley Toyota of the advertised interest rate of ****% for the 2023 Camry! I was willing to pay ****% interest rate to try to increase my credit score. I was not willing to pay ****%. I had enough money to pay the car in full but thats not the option that I wanted because I wanted to increase my credit score, but not at the increased rate that she snuck in. Im not sure, but that seems like a criminal act to me! The extra interest rates wouldve cost thousands of dollars more so I am lucky I was able to pay off the car without the extra damages! The rest of the sales team seemed great, although they did force me into other options that I did not want. Be warned!Review fromjagjit B

1 star**** ****** ** *** ***** **** ********* I was looking for a Toyota ******* ***** and was actually looking to close the deal that same day with the dealer.
Unfortunately I had very rude unprofessional sales person assigned to me. ** *** **** ********* *** * **** **** **** ****** ** *** **** *********** **** ***** ******* *** **** *** ** *** *** *** *** **** **** **** The salesman that was assigned to me was even dishonest about his name. Initially he introduced himself as Jag Toor. Then asked me to communicate with him via personal phone at which he told me his name was Arjun.
Additionally this is not my first time trying to buy/lease a car. I asked for the price, car features, color and pricing on a lease and this guy would not give an straightforward answer. ************ * ***** *** ** ********* ** * **** **** ****** ***** ******* ** **** **** *** ********** **** * *** ******* ** *********** **** *** **** ** ***** **** ** **** ** *** **** ***** * **** **** ** ***** ******* *** ******** **** ************ **** *** ******* ****** *********** ***** **** ***** ** *** ** *** **** ** ** ****** **** ********** *** ** **** ***** ****** ** ***** **** ** *** *****Review fromJeannie M.

1 starI have been so frustrated dealing with Toyota. I made an offer to purchase in 4/2022. They added a $1999.00 add on to the purchase price that I didn't want and basically told me I had to pay it if I wanted the car because they are losing business and want to stay afloat. All due to the shortage of computer chips and resulting lack of cars to sell. I negotiated with them to get winter tires for the new car for that extra $ as the add on was useless to me. They agreed. Fast Forward to today when they tell me they have my car in but they have added an XPEL coating for $1895. and I have to pay for it. They send me 2 revised deals one with the snow tires that I pay for and one without. After going back and forth I remember that the manager told me that the add ons are put on at the dealer. So I asked them why they added this XPEL coating without asking me if I want it? They then tell me that this isn't my car that I ordered it is similar except for this coating. It was someone elses order that wanted the coating and if I want I can wait longer for "MY" car to come in. I said I was filing a formal complaint with BBB if they didn't honor the original agreement and that's when they started backtracking and said we will keep to the original agreement. ** ** ******* *** ** ** *** ** *** **** ***** *** ** ****** This took hours to get to. This is a new guy I didn't speak to in April and he tells me the manager I dealt with is gone. OK by me. So they send the new bill of sale and it doesn't add up. On top of that there was to be $4000. in rebates and it is a guaranteed $2500. then a $1500. rebate I apply for. He says the $1500. rebate has never been granted to their customers so I should forego applying for it as probably won't qualify anyway and it takes 24 days to be processed and they won't hold the car for me even tho I am paying cash and they have my $1000. deposit since April. I'm thinking of cancelling the whole thing but I really want the car. *******
