      In September 09, 2021. I gave them a deposit of $1,700 for an ****** ***** motorcycle. I ordered some parts for it as well and I was told, they will have it in 6 to 8 weeks. After 10 weeks and called them and Jay (the salesman) told me they were not going to get the motorcycle until spring. I asked for my deposit back, because no only didn't the honour the time frame the bike was expected, but also I had a ****** ********* **** ******* ** ** *** **** ** ** ********  They told me the deposit was not refundable, because I ordered part for the bike. I had emails sent between me and Jay C***** and Jeff R** and Jeff stop replying to my emails when I asked on an updated with regards to my refund. Yesterday, Nov 25, I got another email from Jay, stating that Jeff and Mark are his bosses and that because I ordered part they will not give me my deposit back. He stated "*** ***** *** **** **" on this situation and that he is sorry he can do more for me. I'm not sure how to proceed and what can do to get my money back. I am not buying the back at this point. One: because the disappointment on the management of this place Second: because, life happens and at this moments buying a motorcycle is not in my priority list. Please let me know what are my options. Thanks so much in advance.* ********

      I would give this business a zero rating if I could they do not deserve 1 star. I called the dealership in October enquiring about an ATV. I spoke to a salesman named Rob P. He used pressure tactics on me to place a $500 non-refundable deposit on an ATV that would not be arriving until sometime in Spring of 2022. In December when my financial situation had changed I asked for the return of my deposit because I knew they could sell the ATV to someone else. They only had one on order and claimed there was a shortage of ATVs due to COVID and a high demand for the vehicles. Rob and his management team refused to return the deposit, but he suggested he could sell the vehicle to someone else, yet he still would not guarantee me the return of my deposit. They were going to keep my deposit, sell the vehicle to another customer and make money from both if us. I tried to get an EXACT date of when my ATV would arrive as sometime in Spring was far too long to tie up my needed funds, but no date was provided to me. Rob then refused to deal with me and sent me to his GM Jeff R** whom I never heard from. I filed a formal complaint with the Motor Vehicle Sales Authority as I was not going to tolerate this type of customer service and poss violations. I highly suggest customers shop elsewhere and do not give this store business. If you run into any problems go speak to the ***** ******* ***** ********* as you have consumer rights.

      The customer signed a deposit agreement (provided by the VSA) which states that the deposit is only refundable under certain circumstances, which the customer did not meet. We are obligated to register the pre-sold unit to the customer by our manufacturer, otherwise face financial penalties. This is why we ensure that the customer reviews and signs a deposit agreement. If they are not comfortable signing it and agreeing to the terms and conditions, we don't take a deposit.

      I disagree with the business response. I am a ****** and I made a telephone enquiry about the ATV. I was put under ****** by the salesman to provide a $500 deposit. The salesman did not enquire about my ability to pay for or finance an ATV. Pure negligence and taking advantage of a ****** customer. I would not give this business my money even if I had the ability to pay. There are lots of negative reviews about this company.
