    Zero Stars!A Scam in Every WayDo Not Buy From Pillow Slides!I ordered three pairs of Pillow Slides on June 28, 2025one in each colorbecause of the discount and free shipping offer. The slides arrived on July 17, 2025, and that's when the nightmare began.I tried them on, and they felt incredibly unstable, almost like walking on balloons. It felt like an injury waiting to happen, and I didnt feel safe walking in them for even a few minutes. I immediately contacted them via email, the only contact method they provide, to initiate a return.Then, I received an email from **** *****, who appears to be the founder/CEO, asking for a review. I replied, explaining that the slides didnt work for me and asked for help with the return process. No response.After more back-and-forth (it took weeks!) via email, I was told there was a payment dispute preventing them from issuing my refund and was asked to withdraw the dispute. I did that right away, but I was then told that their return/refund policy had changed and they would not be honoring the refund.This company is a scam. Intentionally deceptive! I ended up sending a demand letter and reinstated my dispute with my bank. Save yourself the aggravationdo NOT buy from Pillow Slides.Scam company, unstable product, zero customer service. Avoid at all costs!

    I sent an email letting pillow slides. Know that they sent me the wrong size shoe and requested a refund. On the chat board, they wanted me to take a picture of the bottom of the shoe and to send it to them. I did and never received a response. I followed up with at least eight more emails. Never heard back. There is a 30 day policy for a refund once you receive your shoes. I emailed them and told them that my 30 days was coming up and they needed to respond. There is no number you can call them on to talk to anyone. This is a bad company to deal with. I really believe that this is a scam. Please do not order from this company. I will keep writing complaints until they run out of business.

    I ordered 2 pairs of slides on Black Friday. One pair finally were delivered mid-January with no tracking on shipment. When that pair arrived, Pillow slides reached out to say they had no stock on the 2nd pair and offered an alternate slide. I have had 20 emails go back and forth with **** and "Customer Happiness Specialist" (what a joke) begging for a refund as per their refund policy. There is no phone number for this company and have stolen my money. I will have to proceed with wasting my precious time to ensure my rights and have my money returned. They are thieves, stealing money, not honouring their policies. Whatever you do, DO NOT order from this company.

    1 star or less. I have tried reaching out to them via email, and every response is "humbly apologize" however nothing gets done. I placed an order 2 months ago, I have not received it. They sent them again and still nothing they are trying to find the tracking numbers they provide me with, I have forward them their emails. I don't find a phone number to receive them directly, I have asked for it on several emails. I feel their email are generic and no one is really reading them. How can I reach them to get my money back?
