    In my recent experience with The Co-operators, several significant issues have arisen:- *********** failed to make any effort to contact the other party involved in the accident, even when they acknowledged that we were not at fault.- Our liability was determined solely based on the fact that our car rear-ended the other vehicle, without considering the circumstances of the incident.- There was a lack of communication regarding the return of the rental vehicle, which was expected the day the total settlement was offered, again disregarding the fact that we were traveling to a different city, which was communicated before hand - The total loss appraiser displayed unprofessional behavior, using capital letters in email communication and disregarding relevant data points, instead providing unrelated listings from other regions. This behavior was both rude and unhelpful.These issues collectively reflect a disappointing lack of professionalism, fairness, and effective communication Case number: **********

    I have been customer of cooperators for last 32 years. I had a break in October 29, 2022. I was assigned to adjustor Colin B***** and he has been unprofessional and not approachable. He always end up arguing with me and tries not cover almost anything eventhough these things were damaged during the break in. ** ** ****** ** ***** *** ** *** *** ******** *** ***** ** ***** *** He intimated me by saying I am the investigator and we will find out how this break in happened. I was not home and I was out when the break in happened. When he came to see the damages like the fence, fence, kitchen blinds, damages to the hardwood floors, etc. then he said these items are old or he said I don't see anything wrong with it. He tries to make it sound like if I had arranged the break in and tries to blame me . I have complained about him to the local office and wanted to change my adjustor and they keep saying it can't be done.i have made almost daily calls to cooperators in winnipeg manitoba pleading and begging them to have him changed but I get the same answer is no. I have even called the head office complaining about Colin B***** and they listen to my complaints but nothing gets done. They reassure me somebody will call you but nobody calls me back. I have even called the ombudsman so many times and talked to them. Ombudsman always blames me and says and tells me to behave so we can get this claim moving. Instead of dealing with cooperators adjustors Colin B***** instead the blame is always directed towards me. The local agents I deal with in cooperators in winnipeg are wendy Y** and Kevin p*****. You can find out from them how many times I called them in last three months. I get the feeling the claim is being dragged so I will get discouraged and give up. I have told them I pay my premiums faithfully every year and before its due so that I can be looked after when something happens like a break in. I have gone through alot with the break in and how I am being treated by cooperators. It seems they are stalling
