    I booked the ******* Rooftop venue for my daughters birthday on June 7th 2024. I was promised that I will be able to have the venue setup to my discretion, allowed to have the venue until 2am, and no issues for noise. However, on the day of the event the host threatened multiple times to cancel my event if I did not comply with their new rules that were never provided to me or listed in our contract. The host abruptly shut my event down for having live band performing even though I told them this would be happening on the day of my booking and they didn't seem to have a problem about it then. The venue had many broken concrete tiles which resulted in an injury to one of my guests. The lack of customer service from this management team was horrible. I was willing to compromise w the vendor but they were continuing to make it very difficult to deal with them.

    My family purchased townhomes(***********) on April 8th, 2021 from Vesta Properties. We paid around $950,000 CAD for 3 bedrooms with a rooftop townhome. Not only the completion date was delayed by 8 months from the date they promised the actual home is not matched to the floorplan.

    There is the pillar that doesn't exist on the architectural drawing, lowered ceiling that doesn't exist on the mechanical drawing they submitted to the city hall. The location of the kitchen Island is misplaced according to the architectural drawing. Missing heater vent outlets. There are a bunch of differences.

    House is still under a warranty, but they are refusing to fix these problems.

    I am rejecting this response because:Even though Vesta properties Ltd. received an email from ****** **** confirming that I(**** *** ****), is representing the purchasers, ****** **** and ******** ****, in resolving warranty and repair-related issues, you are still engaging in deceptive practices by refusing to provide ongoing repairs under warranty and utilizing unfair trade terms and irrelevant conditions to manipulate them.

    The drawing need to be matched with the actual property for the locations and the numbers of heat registers, location of the kitchen island and the location of the lowered ceiling not to disturb the usage of the property and to protect the personal assets in a way not making the purchaser to paying extra money for surveying when the property is sold to the 3rd party in the future.

    We are making a simple request, we hope this doesn’t get any complicated
