    I have been wearing a men's hair system for over 30 years, the last 10 as a client of Maria Jaggard Salon. Up until the last 2 hair systems which started in May 2021, everything was satisfactory. I did not make an issue from the purchase in May 2021, I should have. I have never seen a hair system lose this amount of hair over a 2 year period. I stayed with Maia Jaggard and purchased a new hair system in February 2023. 3 months later this hair system is losing hair as well in the front and needs a serious repair. Maria offered to have it repaired for free but I do not have a backup system to wear during the repair. What do you do for 4 months? In 30 years I have never had a backup hair system. A quality hair system should never require a serious repair in 3 months. It's not the brush, shampoo, and conditioner or abused. It's the product. Regarding the thinness across the front Maria replied: They do tie hair lighter across the front and they normally only guarantee any problems up to 1 month after it was delivered. A repair does not solve this issue. 2 very poor quality hair systems in 2 years! Fool me once shame on Maria Jaggard. Fool me twice shame on me. The photos are shown on the link below. Photos link: *************************************************** I was disappointed it took 3 weeks for a response after I complained there was no response for 3 weeks . (Maria Jaggard response below) I just spent approximately $ 5,000.00 for 2 hair systems over the last 2 years. I would be furious and deeply concerned regarding the product the manufacture is providing. The hair system that was purchased Feb. 2023 had to be sewn at the back because it would not sit tight on my scalp. I now have 2 little tabs that stick out through the top of the hair system. I feel like a devil that's balding at the front. Never in 30 years have I required a hair system to be sewn so it would sit tight on my scalp.
