  liquidated their stock and locked the doors. Won't respond to calls, texts, or emails. took our money and have run away.if i could give zero stars i would

  Do not use this company! This is the first negative review I have ever written but customers need to be aware. It has been over a year since I contacted this company to repair a floor they installed less than a year before which sank. In summary: **** to by current owner as to being original installer which was later confirmed by his worker. **** to about there being no charge for repair when I was charged for tile that they recommended. Time off work on multiple occasions for cancelled appointments . They were supposed to come back in March to repair tile they damaged on installation and put in a new transition but did not show or say they werent coming . No response to e mails ( at Least 4 between March and May ) simply asking for updates. Sent an e mail end of June and was told they will reply to inquiry after long weekend yet its well over a week later and another email no response. Im left with a damaged tile, a gap between tile and laminate that you can see underlay through and unfinished edging. Absolutely appalling and I will be filing with the better business bureau. The only time they responded quickly was when they thought a bad review they received was from me which it was not.

  Buyer beware. !! Got the run around to fix our unlevelled floor that Newtrendz installed. The fix never happened.I do not recommend this company.Stay far away from these ********* people.

  I connected with this company at the ********* Home Show las fall. ******* and his wife came to my home to take photos, measurements and provide samples so I could decide upon new flooring for the living room and countertops for kitchen and bathroom. We met on a Saturday and I was told I would have an estimate by Wednesday.I sent a follow up e-mail the day after their visit to thank them for their time and ask a question about the samples I had expressed interest in. My e-mail went unanswered and I never received any further communication from ***************A few weeks ago, someone from New Trendz whom I presumed to be a customer service rep called to ask if I was still interested in their services. I explained that they had already been to my home and had not been forthcoming with any estimate. She seemed genuinely surprised and was very apologetic. I advised her that if they wished to send the estimates I would consider them along side others I have since received. I am not surprised to have heard nothing further from this company.

  Working with Lisa and Stephen to renovate my home was the best decision I ever made! With weekly project management meetings and consistent budget updates to ensure we stayed on track, this was absolutely key to building my trust and our relationship. The product selection was overwhelming at times but Stephen knew my preferences and narrowed down my options to meet my desired outcome. I would highly recommend New Trendz to anyone looking to update or fully renovate their home.

  Buyer beware. I had paid the previous owners for my kitchen and a little work was left to do. The new owners had told me they would take care of it. This was not the case. Steven (owner) kept putting me off, not answering calls or passing me off to other staff.
  Finally after 7 months and telling me he ordered the missing pieces, he came back and said I had to pay for it even though it was already paid for. **** *** * ******** ******** **** **** ** *** ********** *****

  I am sorry you feel that way, it was made very clear to you that all customers pay before we install cabinets, this was always made clear, Whilst we appreciate your frustration from the previous owners, they informed me that you had not previously paid for this extra work.
