In April 2022, E & S Heating in Ladysmith provided me with a quote on replacing my home heating system. In June 2022, I paid 40% as a down payment, and that’s when delays started. It took me numerous phone calls and emails to finally get the system installed on May 4, 2023. The installation went ok. Following the installation, I received two incorrect invoices. I chose E & S Heating from a list of companies registered with the CleanBC Income Qualified Program.
As of February 20, 2024, E & S is still unable to provide me with a correct invoice. My emails and repeated phone calls are continuously ignored. The delay in receiving their final invoice is causing us hardship. As a low income retires, we are pre-approved for the Federal grant, which we can’t receive without the invoice. Be aware of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

We were extremely pleased with the service call in October as well as Juaning’s trouble shooting on a non-functioning, newly installed heat pump which was installed by a third party who refused to respond to requests to fix the issues. Juaning’s knowledge and consideration to our problem was extremely reassuring, and we look forward to working with him to completely resolve our issues after the Christmas holidays. Don’t look any further for excellent workmanship.

Able to diagnose Heat Pump problem in short order during recent heat wave and was able to successfully repair on one visit. Heat Pump (aircon) has been working without any issues since repair. Onsite technicians (Juaning/Kyle) were able to explain in plain language what the problem was, what was needed for the repair. and proceeded to quickly carryout. Am very much satisfied with the work done, the detailed invoice supplied, and the sharing of a lot of very useful info on my Heat Pump/Furnace operation from Juaning … thankyou.E & S Heating and Air Conditioning Response

We found our agent very thorough and helpful. He explained everything to us about our furnace, heat pump and air exchanger in easy terms for us to understand. He told us what our problem was with our unit, how he was going to fix it and about how much it was going to cost. Communication is extremely important when you have something that is going wrong and then to know why it went wrong in the first place and what needs to be done to correct it and also how to avoid the problem from happening again.
