            The tow driver showed up with wrong type of tow, lack of tools to perform battery change but then he found his tools. He couldn't figure out the direction the battery goes in and positive from negative. The dispatcher confidently told me that a driver would come and we would come up with the best solution. I had already gotten a new battery and was trying to put it in but needed assistance. I now have engine failure and electronic problems and subsequent tow bills. I also have been unable to continue making a living with deliveries in the car.

            I just wanted to warn many people out there about this company.We have used them last fall for a tow, the truck came in, leaking buckets of oil on our driveway ( and I am not exaggerating when say buckets, we had paddles of oil in 3 different spots).Contacted the company, then the owner, promised to come one of ************************* himself and clean it up, never showed up. So, half a year later, tried talking to the owner through a driver again, he says. TALK TO ICBC about it. ICBC? not sure why. But we will definitely take it to the right places.How can the owner be so irresponsible for his business and his vehicles?So, if you are a private property and care for your driveway, please DONT use them!
