    Avoid dealing with *********************** there . Iv dealt with others there like ****** been great. But her the worst. Like to drill locks and enter your house illegal way. With out telling you first what she is doing and trying to cover up the camera with tape to hide them

    Our experience with Associated Property Management (APM) under Property Manager ******** has been terrible. What was supposed to make our lives easier, and lower our stress, has done exactly the opposite. Since our tenants signed on in June, communication has been deplorable, and management of our funds has been very poor. Here we are a month later, and our tenants have asked to work with us directly, causing us to give cancellation notice to APM. Our recent payment from APM was late, and we have funds unaccounted for. Were currently unable to get responses from APM, after multiple inquiries to ********, and escalating things to ownership. At this point, were looking into our options for alternate recourse against APM for not following through on contractual obligations.
