Charlies knowledge of dealing with the CRA and negotiating with debt providers is in-depth and impressive. It shows that he is on your side and negotiating for you and not the creditors. Plus he is a great 'people person'

Charlie and Monique are the best! After a costly divorce and high debt load along with financial institutions turning me down I was lost. My first meeting with Charlie provided much hope to being able to regain financial stability and dignity. Charlie and his team are so kind and helpful! Filing a consumer proposal is a difficult decision to make but it makes it much easier to have knowledgeable people on your side. They take you through each step, negotiating for your best interests. The aftercare program they offer really stood out to me above everything else. It is a life long, free service. I needed help to learn how to budget and Charlie really inspired me to look closely at my spending and make a plan. We met for two, one hour budgeting sessions and he took the time to learn about my long term goals and supported making healthy choices. You won't get away with rounded numbers. He loves his decimals! Though you have to forgive him for being a 'Habs' fan. After the sessions I felt a boost in my confidence for a fresh start after a difficult decision and most of all I left feeling truly cared for. It gives me peace of mind to know I can call anytime for help. Thank you Charlie to you and your wonderful team!
