    She posts deals all the time, prepay for 4 hours ($175) and then never ever shows up. Says no refunds even though she does not do the work.

    The customer purchased a promotional gift card for a friend.The recipient of the gift card was camping quite a but through the summer months we had several appointment dates booked. The first date was for July 16th the day before the recipient asked to change the date.We confirmed for July 26th At this time my vehicle that I've only owned for a year and a half suddenly started to have serious problems concerning the engine and it became unsafe to continue to drive.I missed the booked appointment date.The recipient and I stayed in contact try to confirm another date to do a car detailing instead of the house cleaning because she changed her mind on the service she wanted we eventually settled on Sept 16th that day the recipient asked if I would be coming I told her yes later in the day I would be there for around 4pm as it was scorching hot and I mentioned I was working a painting job then I would be on my way to her that afternoon.She then told me if I would like to stay working at said painting job we can switch days it wasn't a problem for her at all. I mentioned I had the 21st available but I didn't want to move her appointment if it was going to be an inconvenience to her and that I would still come that day.She told me Sept 21st would be great so we set that date. Unfortunately September 21st it was raining (can't car detail in the rain) and there was a fatal accident on the highway closing it in both directions.We booked for that coming Wed the 24th of Sept when I contacted the recipient she told me she unfortunately wouldn't be there had to leave town but then told me could be there. I was working a house clean and told her I could come afterwards. To which I didn't finish until almost 6pm by that time there was not enough daylicht left to complete a 4 hour car detail we arranged for Oct 2nd and due to the fact that I live 40 mins from the recipient and the vehicle I was borrowing (because my car was still not fixed) had a broken gas gauge I was waiting for a payment to come in that day for gas to get to my clients residence. I told her I was still waiting and she said let's move the date we switch to the Saturday Oct 4th and unfortunately the client had to change cars with her daughter and was unavailable to do the detailing.We the tried to set an appointment this weekend but were unsuccessful and *** decided to post on social media and file a review here.The social media post has lead to harassing phone calls text messages ******** messages threatening messages accusations against my personal character that are completely untrue. My kids have been pulled into this very public posr. I was in full communication with the recipient of the gift card and we were both actively trying to make the appointments work and not just myself but also the recipient had scheduling difficulties we both had to move the appointment dates and I was assured repeatedly by the recipient that everything was ok there was no problems and I was also told that " *** was fine not to worry, I'll handle ***" when I expressed my concern over *** being upset about the changed dates.Clearly *** was not fine with any of it which resulted in this review and a negative impact on social media. I have told the recipient despite what has happened I am still open to completing the 4 hour clean or detailing as promised as there is no refund policy in place.
