5 starsI've had the pleasure to work with BY Solutions over a four-year period in order to deliver a major capital project across a dozen of locations, affecting tens of thousands of ********** with all project deliveries, we encountered many unforeseeable challenges, but BY Solutions was always flexible to do what was necessary to overcome them. For instance, there was a moment when certain infrastructure was not provided by a third-party, so BY Solutions took initiative and bore the brunt in funding and fulfilling that capability gap.Working with ***** Y, owner of BY Solutions, was very professional and always a pleasure. I knew I could always approach him with whatever I had on my mind, be it for an implementation update, some technical specifications on an IT product, a procedural disconnect between his team and mine, etc. He was always willing to sacrifice his time and resources to ensure that things would get complete and expectations were met.I highly recommend BY Solutions for any IT-related project, big or small. 5 starsWe switched to ***** and his team from one of the "Big Guys" who were woefully unresponsive and provided garbage service. Since engaging Bysolution, we get almost immediate service and a consistent real person to talk to who solves our problems. All at a very competitive price! Could not ask for more. 5 starsI recommend BY Solution if you need a third party company who can look after your telephone system. Our hotel in ******** had an issue and needed our voice mail back as soon as possible. We called them and they were attentive and understanding of the issue. ***** sent one of his techs as soon as he could, he remotely connected to fix the problem quickly.
