    August 16th 2022. Email was sent to the Property Manger Lisa B***** of Red Door Property Management there are concerns of extra rodents on our patio due to the bushes not being trimmed and bait not being filled. Why have Pest Control set up bait box if the box is empty. I advised the Property Manager this is a serious concern its getting worse. There was no update no resolution. My concerns are always answered with a question and not taken seriously. I went through the minutes other owners are all mentioned and whats being done to resolve the matter nothing to my unit was mentioned. The August 24th minutes showed a line stating advised pest control to check on West side of the building to 2020 as activity was reported. I pay strata fees every month and its not cheap so a resolution, update an answer not a question would be helpful. This is my home we don't have building manager we need to report the issues to the Property Manager. I have another issue coming up and need to know do I need to go through BBB each time I have a concern or need something to resolve an issue or can Red Door handle it as they seem to mention on their website a different vision of how they handle the situations I am speaking from experience.

    am writing with regard to a complaint I received in the mail dated, September
    29, 2022.


    We
    are agents for the strata corporation where this person lives.  We take direction
    from the strata council to resolve any issues at the building. 

    The owner was responded to in a timely manner. In order to get a better picture more information was asked. 

    The pest control company was advised to review the side of the building this owner was complaining about. 

    There is a monthly pert control service contract in place, where a pest control company assess the building. 

    If the owner is still having concerns, this is brought to the strata council.
