I was sent a totally wrong order in April, it has been a month that they have ignored emails to 2 addresses and the customer service lines just ring and ring.Business response

******** received her order incorrectly on May 2nd, 2022. ******** e-mailed us on May 12th, 2022 including a photograph of the wrong order contents. ******** e-mailed us again on May 20th and with the long weekend we responded with the following.
Hi ********, thank you for your email and our apologies for the delay in response. Our sincerest apologies for this error. I am not sure what happened however I will have your original order resent to you right away. You are welcome to keep the seeds that you received in error or I can send you a return label for you to return it to us.

i purchased seeds and received them within 2 weeks. the seeds did not germinate and i contacted the company to let them know i was disappointed. they offered a partial refund on my order. i did not see the charge reversed on my credit card so i contacted them. they informed me that a checque was issued and mailed. months went by and i contacted them again, they said it takes a while. i waited aprox 3 more weeks and contacted them again and am getting no response. i filed a complaintBusiness response
