    I contracted *** Precision Restoration Inc services last December 2022 to repair the mold of my basement suit. They didnt fix the problem properly and the issues are still happening. In addition, they didnt put anything back after disassembling and finishing their work. The electric circuit was affected too as one of my machine stopped working just after their service. They were committed to repair the mold of the unit and they didnt do it, they event brought more more problems. I connected with them several times, sending letters (3 times) claiming new services or a reimbursement but they havent got back to me with any solution. Because of this, I havent been able to rent my unit for the last year. I would like to claim for an reimbursement from this company to be able to complete the repairs in the unit. I have had a very bad experience with this company. **** ***** *** *** *** ******

    Hello *******, Precision received your email August 23rd 2023 and responded August 25th 2023, the mold remediation took place September 2022 . On August 25th 2023 you were asked to provide further information on the damages to the cabinetry and mirror as we were only hearing about this almost one year later. At the time of the mold remediation you were shown issues with your electrical and the poor state your plumbing was in with the leaking, sweating corroding pipes. On November 10th at your request *** provided you with phone numbers for ************* and ********************* as you wanted to deal directly with them to avoid any mark up. On December 12th 2022 Nic enquired with you to see if the plumbing and electrical issues had been rectified. We are unaware of any communication from you until almost a year later in August. We have photos showing the state of the plumbing, electrical and cabinetry from September 2022 that show damages to the cabinetry, at this point its been over a year.

    Company is charging us when the insurance company was the one who called them.

    Precision Restorations *** was called out by through the insurance company as ******************* had contacted the insurer. Upon arrival ******************* signed a work authorization contract to proceed with the required work. The work authorization stipulates that if the claim is denied ******************* would be responsible for payment. It is always the insured that hires Precision Restorations *** and gives permission via the work authorization not the insurance company. Unfortunately *********************** claim was denied by the insurance company.  On September 19th Precision agreed to a payment plan offered by ******************* on September 18th and expect to continue on with this payment plan.
